Idk what’s going on with this place. Before noon I decided to get a peppermint mocha made with oatmilk. When I pulled up to the window the workers were chattin about what time they’ll be getting off. It took forever for my drink to get made - in the middle of her making it she then decides to ask me if I want the whip. Then she comes bringing it out without a sleeve. Worst part is - I taste it and I can tell it’s almond milk. Which I HATE almond milk. They either didn’t think I wouldn't notice or it was an honest mistake but COME ON. It says it on the cup! Yesterday my co worker ordered for us on her way in and they some how rang up 3 drinks when she only ordered 2 and charged her for it. My coworker said it was fine. Then on Sunday when I went they weren’t even open before 8am. Which I understand maybe they’re under staffed but I think I’ll just go to another location from now on I won’t be surprised if this one...

I happened to use mobile ordering but by mistake chose the pick up location for my usual Starbucks which is 15 minutes away. As soon as I realized my mistake I called the Starbucks where I had erroneously placed the order. They said it wasn't a problem just show my order receipt to the person behind the counter and they'll accommodate me. The person behind the counter kept insulting me while calling me "My love". I needed to go to the Starbucks where I had ordered because they didn't give out freebies. It was really insulting. I just paid for the coffee and will likely not go back to this location. They need to train their staff about the Starbucks culture and don't patronize me by calling me "my love" if you're going to treat me so...
Read moreThis is, by far, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’ve given them way more chances than I care to admit, and they’ve disappointed me every single time. Almost every time I’ve been there, they mess up my order. And the times they’ve actually gotten my order right, I’ve had to wait in the drive thru an excessive amount of time with only one other car in front of me. Today, I ordered a White tea peach infusion. When I got to the window after already waiting 3-4 min in line after ordering(with only one other car), it wasn’t ready because they couldn’t remember if it was sweetened or unsweetened. I would be a little more understanding if I was always going there during rush hour when it’s packed, but I go at 5:45am when it’s usually a ghost town.
