Place seems really cool. The thing is that Iām currently sitting listening to my kids complaining that itās been an hour and a half since we ordered our food and we are still waiting for our meal. Would love to review the food but Iām havenāt been able to try it yet. Not acceptable in my opinion to wait this long for a meal. Better planning and processes In running a business and thing like this donāt happen. So I can only assume that the food is good but the running of the restaurant needs some work.
So it got worse. Maddie our waitress informed us after a hour in half that they could not even make my son & daughters meals. Then said we can just quick make something else. So now itās going to be super quick after a hour in a half. Someone literally forgot about our order or they did not actually put it in when we ordered and figured it out a hour in half later when they then said they couldnāt make what we ordered my kids. This basic stuff in running a restaurant that they completely failed at. So we had to leave at 9pm when everything else is closed and go cook meals for our starving kids. What a complete disappointment for a restaurant that seemed like a really cool place. Would have loved to try the World Famous Prime Rib I ordered but if they canāt feed my kids Iām out.
I donāt ever come back and add to review or let alone even do reviews. But I just so happen to see that the latest review is referring to us as rude people and that Maddie our waitress was awesome. How sad is it that you completely fail and canāt even make the food we ordered after almost 2 hours and then you go and make it sound like we the customers are the bad guys to your other customers to cover your behind and so they will review you as amazing. All we wanted was the food we order for my kids. Thatās it. Itās not hard. How dare us be upset over our kids not getting the food we ordered. Guess we are just a bunch of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTasty food and poor service for us. Some of this might be related to it being the first week of summer with a probably inexperienced server. I was on the border between two and three stars, but since my review is as long and negative as it is, I went with two. š¬ I really love to give great reviews, but I just cannot recommend the Chute Rooster. Our hungry family came in after a day of sightseeing. Our server, Gabrielle, was really nice, helpful and patient with us when ordering. After we ordered, we found our first big problem; ants! Ants were everywhere. I included a picture of one my daughter squished on the table. We found a place in the wall by the window that it appeared they were entering the building. You'd think that'd do it, but we were hungry and the table next to us had ordered at about the same time and were getting their food. Unfortunately, it was another 20 minutes until our food arrived. Kids'hamburgers were without any condiments and none were offered. After I heard another server offer mustard and ketchup to another table I flagged down a busgirl; she was great and quickly grabbed some ketchup. When she brought it back my oldest explained that she ordered a hamburger by mistake instead of a cheeseburger and she fixed that immediately as well. That was great! Since we were trekking around, I was quite thirsty and finished my water pretty fast. We never got any refills or an offer for a drink order during our visit. My wife's meal (chicken and biscuits) was delicious, but served cold. They forgot to bring my soup with the other pre meal food. My prime rib was fantastic though and the chicken nuggets were tasty, but I still wouldn't go back, especially for what we paid! Hopefully this review can help things...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me tell you, Chute Rooster ain't just your average restaurant. It's a full-blown sensory experience! The minute you walk in, live music hits you, setting the mood for a fun night. And the staff? They're like a well-rehearsed chorus, friendly and attentive, making sure you're comfortable from start to finish.
Now, let's talk food. I dove headfirst into their "Mile of Hell burger," and let me tell you, that thing lived up to its name! It pushed my heat tolerance to the limit, but the flavors were incredible. It's clear Chute Rooster isn't afraid to be bold with their food, and that's something I can appreciate.
But seriously, the menu has something for everyone, not just spice fiends like me. My wife and inlaws savored every bite of their T-bones and filets.
Chute Rooster isn't a place that rushes you out. It's all about lingering, enjoying the music, and sharing laughs with friends. My crew and I stayed long after we finished eating, soaking it all in.
Overall, Chute Rooster is a place where live music takes center stage, the food is exciting and delicious, and the staff makes you feel right at home. If you're looking for a fun and memorable dining experience, I highly recommend checking it out! Just be warned, if you order the spicy burger, bring your fire...
