I read the reviews before I tested out the food. Damn…I was disappointed. It ain’t a good feeling to see the money down a drain while throwing away a good chunk of food. Cannot blame the folks because I noticed most of them are blue collar workers…constantly on the go. While as I have the luxury of having money and time to explore food all over the United States.

Anyhoo…back to the point…I ordered around 8:30am for small mac n cheese along with Lumberjack platter (choice of pancakes/french toast/waffles, eggs, hash brown & choice of meat). I got myself sausage and two wings (I was curious about their chicken ofc).

Eggs & hash browns: Tastes similar to McDonald’s except that hash browns are small circular shaped pieces.

Wings: Pretty much plain but right kind of crispness. Not too thick, not too thin. I asked for mambo sauce, it tastes more like BBQ sauce…unsure if the worker gave me wrong sauce.

Sausage: What…the…heck. The sausage was dried up and when I was chewing a piece of it in my mouth, it reminded me of scrapple after being left on stovetop for a long while.

Pancakes/French Toast: Pancakes lost their crisp edges but still had the fluffiness and no distinct flavor/kick to it. French toast- it’s a big NO in my book. It tasted as if they just dipped the bread quickly in a plain egg batter and placed on the grill.

Mac n cheese: What a disappointment. But again I am very picky when it comes down to mac n cheese, I don’t really like Chik Fil A Mac cheese but I def would pick Chik Fil A over this one for sure. This mac n cheese…they didn’t use a combination of cheeses along with cream/spices necessary to make that beautiful harmony. I’m unsure if they used processed shredded cheese.

This place is perfect for those who enjoy similar quality of food with likes of McDonald’s and they are FAST with their food (the food are already prepped and ready to go).

To start the customer service was very bad, yesterday I made an online order of 19 wings that were with a good flavor as always the best in the Oxon hill area, however I paid 3 side one of them was "mac and cheese" that they did not put it in my order, I called and I told the restaurant, that my mac and cheese were missing they are a lover of that they promised that they were going to take me the mc and cheese I waited all night for my missing food and I never arrived, I called several times and they no longer answered me, as they can lie to u. customer that way when the customer is paying for the food and claiming high that the payment nI that it was free, second side was a "cream spinach" they did not put me the cream spinach they put another side that salad was roasted and it is not to my liking, I called again to tell him that my second was wrong, they mentioned that they no longer had "Micheal's response was that they call but most of the time customers do not respond, but I did not receive any call from them, Mr. Micheal told me that it is better to send something than nothing, very bad answer how can you send something without asking the customer who paid for something different that if the customer is allergic, a fatal response I told them to send me replacement potatoes along with my other side of "Mac and cheese" and they refused, and in the end I did not receive a refund or replacement they lied to me and the person was very terrible very bad service. it is not recommended and it is not reliable to order food online, do not put on the food that one order. Quality has gone down. About a month ago, I ordered a waffle platter and added on two wings. Once I got home and opened the bag, I noticed my wings were missing. I called the establishment to resolve the issue over the phone….. it rand and went to voicemail. I then tried to dispute the order with door dash- to no avail. On 8/9 I decided to give them another try and ordered 2 waffle platters. After waiting 10 minutes AFTER my pickup time, I was notified by a staff member that my order was gone? (which made no sense because my order was designated for pickup through their app). While waiting for someone to explain what happened, I witnessed a shift member on her phone. Shortly after the same employee, placed her phone on the counter and walked over to the food warmer….

SHE THEN OPENED UP A CONTAINER (with food) AND FLIPPED THE CONTENTS WITH HER BARE HANDS (wasn’t sure if it was a piece of toast or pancake).

At this point I had enough- I walked over to the ordering counter and approached the manager. After spilling my frustrations with the food and what I witnessed- she tried to resolve the issue by having me wait AGAIN for my food to be cooked 😳. I declined. I had to wait another 10 minutes for door dash to refund me.
