Lord why is one star required?
Below mediocre service.. I ordered pizza because I was hungry not because I want to sit around for 2 hours waiting for food..
Called the restaurant once after an hour (20 Mins past the estimate sent in the confirmation) was assured he was on the way to me.. I live 5 minutes from the location and while I understand there may be other orders he has to deliver don’t tell me he’s on the way to me if he’s not...
30 minutes later I call again.. she calls the driver... after being on hold for 10 minutes she informs me he’s 6 minutes away.. how? 30 minutes ago he was on the way to me and your delivery radius isn’t that large.. otherwise I’d be ordering from the fort Washington location..
I asked to cancel the order because at this point I don’t want a soggy pizza that’s been in someone’s car for over half a hour.. she responds: ok, your money will be back on your card in 2 days...
No apology nothing..
At this point I’m fuming and hungry ... and am still waiting on hold for a manager.. after 20 minutes of waiting on hold I hung up.. called back and got a manager... he didn’t even care enough to ask why ...
You shouldn’t be in a customer service position if you can’t service customers .. point blank.. and yes I’m hungry as hell writing this so I’m angrier than normal
Papa Johns really needs to hold their franchise locations to higher standards because this is shameful.. on every site they’re barely holding on...
Read moreI ordered a pizza on 5 Jan. The delivery person came vut forgot half if my order at the restaurant and had to go back to get it making my delivery time longer. I called the restaurant and talked with the Manager named Star. She told me my $32.65 would be returned in 3-5 business days. When it wasnt, I called her. She told me that I hadnt talked with her, but with someone named Shawn, but she would do it right then. If I hadnt talked with her how would I know her name and recall the incident to her play by play. So, now I have to wait another 3-5 business days. She has piss poor customer service skills, she is NOT a leader, and should not be in a position to deal with customer complaints. She needs to be retrained in interpersonal communication skills (IPS) or fired. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this restaurant. You could barely see the toppings on the pizza and the wings were super tiny and literally drowned in sauce. DONT EAT HERE !!!!! YOU WILL...

Apparently I have to walk outside to the driver's car to retrieve my pizza. It's not good enough that I was standing at the front of my apartment building. Smdh. Then the driver took his sweet time getting receipts and my pizza n's drink. Once he decided that he would walk the 20 feet to my apartment, he proceeds to tell me that he is the "lead driver" and if you live in an apartment building you have to walk to the drivers car to get your food!
