I call & the female takes my order. When asking my delivery address she states, "something with a B." Well I'm thinking wouldn't u want to verify the address. 30 minutes later the driver calls me from the restaurant to ask my address. 1 hr.10 mins. later I call to find out were they were. The same girl states, " well what u want me to do". "U have to give him time". I said," I have given him over an hour". I am spending my money here... I just need to know how much longer". She comes back, "He just left 12 minutes ago".The driver finally pulls up. Calls my phone to say he is outside. I go to the door & he is across the street still inside his car. I stand there for 3 mins.. He never gets out & its cold. I call him back & said are u getting out. He says yes. He looking around. I said," Ur not in a bad neighborhood why u asking scared. He said I am. I said I have been ordering from u guys for years & no one has ever had a problem. Though I felt compelled not to tip, I did anyway. I will never or from there again. They act as though u are inconveniencing them & don't value Ur time or money....

I wasn’t out to get anything free, just wanted to make them aware of the mistake. At 10::00 at night I was not going back out. The young lady was rude and hung up on me. Customer service and politeness goes a long way. So disappointed from a business. I did not have to lie about anything. Some businesses think the African Americans try to take advantage of them. Just wanted to let them know that the service was poor and when I tried to explain I only received rudeness. An apology does not cost anything. Read moreCalled an order in for delivery, was told the total was $31 and some change, checked our account and we were charged for $39. We called to ask why it was so much and was told to just look at the receipt when the order arrived. So we just cancelled the order and asked for a refund. We were told the refund would be processed in 3 days, but after 3 days never got a refund but a charge was posted for an adjusted amount. Called again and first, they hung up on me. Called back again and was told that they forgot to process it and to come in and show our bank statement to get a cash refund. I didn’t trust this place when I realized the website on the menu wasn’t correct and that it said no pork products in the store even though there’s tons of stuff with bacon and ham, but now I DEFINITELY don’t...
