I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this food truck. I ordered the loco moco and asked for one scoop of rice and two scoops of mac salad. The person taking my order said it would cost extra for the modification. I asked how much, he said $2, and I said ok that's fine because i wanted extra. I received my order and sat down to eat. When I opened up the container I saw that there were two scoops of rice and what appeared to be one scoop mac salad. Thinking they forgot, I went back up to the counter to tell them of the mistake. The person I was speaking to told me there were in fact two scoops of mac salad. I opened up the container and pointed saying "This is two scoops? I paid $2 extra for this?" He didn't say anything to me, just stared at me. At this point I just walked away extremely irritated. I sat down with my family to eat. A few minutes later a woman comes up to our table with a small take out container. I'm assuming she was the owner of the food truck. She starts telling me that I was nasty to her son and that he was very upset with the way I spoke to him. She opens up the take out container and shows me what one scoop of mac salad looks like. It's super tiny, maybe 1/4 of a cup. She told me that even though I was nasty and hurt her son's feelings, she was still going to give me this extra portion. I was so mad at this point. The situation had been over, I was irritated but i wasnt going to do anything else about it. But then she had to come up to me when I'm having a meal with my family to confront me because I questioned the portion size of my meal that I paid extra for? I was not rude to her son. Was I irritated? Yes. Did I express my irritation? Yes. But I did not yell, I did not call him names, or berrate him. I walked away and said nothing more to him. She escalated a misunderstanding into a very bad experience. There are a lot of other great options at the Hillsboro food carts, I suggest not...

The cook must not know how to cook because he served me eggs with a mix of the shell😡 As you can see in the pic I attached the shells I laid on the table for people to see!
