West Tuality Habitat for Humanity — Local services in Forest Grove

Pros: good prices, large selection of various things which is great for DIY and crafters, most things are clearly labeled and priced. I was legitimately impressed how well most of the bobs and bits at this place were clearly priced.

Cons: for items not clearly labeled try not to ask the older lady at the front desk, she is beyond rude and apparently doesn't know stuff (her words). Like I know a lot of the people who work here are volunteers, but if basic cordiality (not even customer service) is not your speed, maybe don't volunteer for a position that deals with people?

This is probably the best Habitat for Humanity that I've been to. There's plenty of furniture that looks brand new and products that are still in the box and a great price. The staff is great and always polite. I wish I could remember the name of the checkout lady. She was wonderful. This place is hit or miss when it comes to finding what you want, but then I guess they all are right, lol. Pretty good size store. Prices seem a little high, but you can still find the occasional deal, here is my latest diamond in the rough! Employees are helpful, and there is usually plenty of parking. Personally, I wish all the stores were open til 7pm, coming from Tillamook makes it hard to make it to any of the stores over the hill if I have to...
