I would have liked to give this location five stars as a customer service based food employee myself but after winning some free sandwhich coupons upon a Christmas based raffle my son went to redeem them one evening was not only told they kept files on there redeemable coupons..even tho spending money..from my own pocket to feed my large family ...but made to feel like redeeming our won prize was not well enough....well it is our fault they couldn't just be friendly and with "Christmas spirit" I work everyday with customers as a manager at a well known fast food place in Litchfield Illinois..just the service we received and even the attitude u received at calling in was a acceptable motion. Was told after the gentleman ordered in front of me that i have to wait so he can do a couple of door dash orders..stood there for over 35 minutes before he coukd take my order..honestly its not the sandwich makers fault that he is only employee here and he is trying very hard to do a 2 person job alone and the crew b4 his shift did not make sure his prep was ready..this is beyond ridiculous and reflects very poor management..very very dissatisfied with this store and if thats how management expects their employees to work i will NOT be a patron at this location..only reason i gave the 2 stars is because the guy was trying to do...
