Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hillsborough

This is one of the only places you can go near Hillsboro to get Dunkin Donuts. So you kind of have to deal with whatever service you get, which isn't great. Once in awhile you'll get a person that is hired there who legitimately cares and remembers faces and ways that face likes things done. However the manager at this Hillsboro location does not do his/ her job very well. They're constantly out of different food products. Such as Bagels different kinds of donuts or different drinks. If I have the choice of a different Dunkin Donuts nearby I would not go to Hillsboro I would choose a different location because the service is just that bad. Not to mention your order whenever there's a lot of people is almost guaranteed to be messed up in some sort of way. So you always have to check your order before leaving, send if you're in the Drive-Thru that's frustrating for people who are waiting behind you to get their order. I desperately hope a better manager gets hired at this location. There's so many people in Hillsboro and the surrounding areas, this location needs to be doing...

My friend and i were nice and were not mean at all they had us wait for our food for 10 minutes which is okay because they were busy. But after they came out and gave me my food there was cheese sauce and bacon all over covered in the bag and someone through there dirty glove in the bag, which is discusting an unprofessional. and he went back in to get more food and they were complaining saying “oh sorry we forgot to take the glove out” like no you don’t throw a dirty glove in the bag to begin with. We were just confused cuz it seemed like they had beef with us for no reason. good food not good workers or atmosphere at all because I heard them say oh we had to remake the food again and then they said they were out of something that we wanted which is Ironic, they were mad at us for having to remake it, even though they were the ones who left a mess in the bag and threw a dirty glove in it. all of them have stank looks...

Going there I ordered one item. A chicken bacon ranch wake up wrap. First off, it was an extremely long wait for ONE item. Second, there was no ranch on it. Third, the temperature of the food was so hot I couldn’t even bite into it. A friend of mine ordered a drink they made wrong and asked them to remake it and they made it seem like she was a complete inconvenience. When they handed us our food after making us wait forever, they practically tossed the bags at us. My friends food was completely burnt. Overall, really...
