This is the only decent pizza for delivery in Hillsborough. Which is a real bummer! Because they refuse to be accountable and they treat their customers very poorly. The driver had clearly dropped my pizza, because literally all of the cheese and pepperoni were slid to one side of the box. I called and told them, and they said because it was my fault for ordering extra sauce and that they would not be doing anything about it. This was a laughable excuse! I've gotten extra sauce on delivery pizzas from so many pizza places, and at least 10-15 of the same exact order from this same exact restaurant in the past! Never had this problem before. A little extra sauce doesn't cause an entire pizza worth of toppings to just fall onto one side of the box lmao. WHAT A JOKE! Your driver made a mistake, it happens, I wasn't upset about that, but you are absolutely responsible for making it right, and you chose to not only NOT be held accountable for it, but to blame me for ordering extra sauce, which is something that tons of people order. How about have a no extra sauce on a delivery pizza policy, which would be completely ridiculous, but at least it would be a consistent, which when you come up with complete horse s* excuses is really important for not looking like a complete horse s* business. EDITEDnow under new management/ownership and wow they’ve turned it around! Highly recommend. Staff was very rude when I went. I can see why these reviews are so low. I wanted to enjoy my meal as the last time I went I was served hot and fresh pizza, this weeks past visit, not so much. Also, I expect the owner to reply as I see they do to many other comments, quite unprofessionally might I add. It seems that the lack of a full labor force and limited availability of quality ingredients has really put a hurting on the food prep and taste and attention to service detail. Maybe they can take in some of the reviews and instead of trying to make it out as the customers are all at fault, look in and reflect and realize sometimes it is in fact something with you. Same goes for people, if most people you interact with stop wanting to be around you, it’s usually something you’re doing.

I don’t come on here just to leave a bad review, I much rather leave a good one and bring positivity to a locally owned eatery. Here’s to hoping for a better experience in the future,...

I ordered my pizza with sausages and chips (French fries), and the cook didn't complain about how difficult it is to put chips on a pizza (like most places).

The pizza is good, not as good as in Italy but is much closer than the other pizza places in the area (I used to order from domino, then papa John's and Radius) The sauce is not like that disgusting blob that comes out from most American "Italian-wanna-be" place, it's actually very nice and doesn't contain mysterious rabbit food in it. Cheese is ok, I wish there was actual mozzarella in USA but not every country is gifted with good cheese.

Anyway, everything is pretty tasty, the service was quick and courteous.

I'll probably end up ordering one again today 'cause I'm a fat kid and I love food. If it's open.

On a side note what the hell is a "stromboli"? Is it like a "calzone"? Never heard about it.
