Micholandia Hilltop — Restaurant in Hilltop

Thank you to the Michoacan employees! 3/19/22 I went to get some tasty ice cream and mangonada like many times through the year. but this time some how i lost my wallet and thanks to whoever pick up and give to the Michoacana employees I called to check if by chance they have my wallet and they said yes come to pick it up! I have your wallet Maria Ibarra told me! i come to pick up my wallet and all the money was on my wallet wasn't much but not a single dollar was missing. Gracias to Maria Ibarra and her coworkers that work today their actitud was great like always. Thank you for been hard and honest workers and the Coustomer service...

The treats at this place are delicious 🤤 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but I'm leaving 1 ⭐ for customer service... I asked my husband to swing by and get some treats but when he came back he and my daughter told me about the terrible customer service they experienced with the woman that was tending to their order... They mentioned that she would roll her eyes and gave them attitude when they added to the order, we got 3 esquites and 3 ice creams and I guess it was too much for her to handle although it was not busy at all... If you are not good with people go...

I was very happy with the quality of treats in general until my last and recent visit, came with my whole family and must of us ordered the banana splits, on mine one of the flavors was rompope and tasted weird so I told the manager about it and he tasted it too and agreed that wasn't tasting normal,so he took it back there and he didn't even offered to replace that flavor that most of us had it just as a courtesy at least,I was sad is that customer service experience.😞for me is...
