Capital Coffee and chillers — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

I'll start by saying I never feel moved to leave reviews.

I simply called and was looking for an open coffee shop on Thanskgiving morning (since it said they WERE open, I tried calling). I didn't expect an answer if they were closed and do understand it is Thanksgiving day. However, they did answer, rudely, asking "who is this!" Asking repeatedly. I was taken back by the person on the other line and stalled with my reply as I thought I must have accidentally called the wrong number. Nope, this was the business owner on the other line. Yelling that they can't believe I would think they would be open.

Apologies for calling your business number for which you did not need to answer. You should in the future update you google listing page if you don't want calls. OR maybe you could have just been pleasant on the phone instead of treating me the way you did. Bad business.

There are enough coffee shops on the island... and plan on giving business to those who treat people respectfully. Happy...
