I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service I recently received from Lener and his company DJ AV Solutions. My interactions with Lener and his young assistant Oscar has left a lasting positive impression on me, and I felt compelled to share the appreciation of John and myself.

We wanted to convert our TV supply from cable to streaming and add a new Sony OLED TV. When I initially contacted DJ AV Lener immediately offered to come and look at the project I wanted undertaking and advise me how to achieve the same. Within about 12 hours of my calling he came to our home early the next morning and reviewed the whole project, including my current internet speeds etc. His knowledge and advice was well founded and always aimed at achieving our objectives. Every question asked, he answered and always had our objectives in mind. The next day he provided me with a written estimate of the expected cost and equipment needed for the same. 5 days later after we had obtained the new TV, Lener and Oscar came the same day and changed our 3 existing TV's from cable to streaming and also added the new TV. They both showed total care for our home and all the wiring etc., completed was done well and left in good order. Two areas where the TV's were situated were thoroughly cleaned by them and 2 of the existing TV's had slight problems with the stands, which they kindly repaired whilst performing the necessary work. After all the work had been completed Lener took the time and effort to patiently show us how to access and use the new streaming system.

We cannot speak too highly of how much we appreciated his professionalism and expertise in achieving our objectives. DJ AV and Lener are a credit to the industry as a technician of the highest caliber, plus a patient advisor to the technology challenged persons. Needed to hang a number of TVs as well as new Frame model by Samsung. Lener visited within 2 days of my initial call. He provided excellent advice and demonstrated thorough knowledge of the products involved and understood our objectives.
