So let me explain my experience with thats Italian. I went there yesterday evening and ordered a Greek pizza it was suppose to come with fetta cheese olives tomatos onions spinach the works just like a Greek salad on a pizza. I live 35 minutes away from that's Italian so I called an ordered. I was told 25 mins so I packed up my two young kids and we headed for there. When I arrived I was told I had to wait another 10 min because they had to make fresh dough. 10 minutes turned into 30 and then turned into 45. They wait was awful but I waited because this is the only place that had Greek pizza. So I sent my spouse in to wait on the pizza. We finally got our pizza after an hour of waiting and headed back for home. When I arrived home and opened the pizza box much to my surprise there was no fetta cheese and barley any olives. Mind you I had just waited an hour for a pizza so it should have been right. I then called up and spoke to one of the managers who were extremely polite and offered us a brand new pizza when we were able to come and get it. So let's go today. I called that's Italian to them I'd be coming to get my new pizza at 4:30. The lady I spoke was very nice. I then got a call back from the owner him self he was very rude and was questioning me as if I was lying. He asked me why I didn't bring the pizza back and I explained to him I live 35 minutes away and had two screaming childern so it just wasn't in the cards last night. He then was like well the fetta is usually under the cheese you didn't taste and fetta at all. I explained to him that I know what fetta cheese taste like being that I am Italian myself so fetta cheese was a main thing in my household growing up. He continued to be extremely rude and then hung up on me. This is how the owner behaves. I was busy all day and when I finally talk to my spouse on how he talked to me my spouse called to tell him that we would not be interested in the pizza to just go ahead and give us a refund being that their prices are so high. He was extremely rude to my spouse and claimed he didn't speak to me any kind of way to where my spouse said well judging by the way you are speaking to me I can only imagine how you spoke to her. He then proceeded to hang up on my spouse. I then called just to ask if he had a corporate number or HR number I could call to get this fixed. He proceed to tell him he would not get into this with me right now and hung up on me AGAIN! If this is how the owner acts then I would not suggest going there because if you have a problem the owner will call you and be rude has anything. I will not be going to That's Italian again because coming from an Italian family that is not how we are raised to to treat people. Awful place. Awful customer service just and awful place. I wouldn't eat here cause it's only a 50 50 shot your stuff...
Read moreWe showed up to town, about an hour drive from home for another place that was closed although they advertised that they were open. Fortunately while driving through town this gem caught our eye and we were like, “we have to try that spot”, so it worked out. We were greeted by a gentleman with a strong Italian accent, sounded like he was from NY. He pointed us to the QR code on the counter so we could see the online menu and man did they have a lot of options. We settled on the Pizza Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, Steak and Cheese and Baked Manicotti. The lady at the counter was nice and offered to sell us a 2-liter and give us cups instead of us buying cans to reduce our cost, I prefer cans so I went with the more expensive option but the offer was nice. They brought out our Mozzarella Sticks first and they were the perfect balance of a thin crispy layer and thick stretchy cheese, the cheese pull was epic! Everything else came out together, the Pizza Fries were good, not really my thing, very saucy, would’ve preferred more cheese and less sauce but still good. The Manicotti was cooked to perfection, just the right amount of everything. The Steak and Cheese was on what seemed to be fresh baked bread. I got the steak and cheese with mayo, lettuce and tomato. The mayo was squeezed on top of the everything in the bun, like you would squeeze ketchup on a hot dog. I would’ve preferred if the mayo was on the inside of the bun and the lettuce was just green iceberg lettuce instead of the mixed salad type lettuce which gave the sub a strange taste. If not for the saucy fries and steak and cheese I would’ve gave this place 5 stars. The place was clean and gave me a New England/NY vibe. Made me feel like I was back home. Prices were decent and service was on point. We will definitely...
Read moreWent in and ordered about $60 worth of food. We patiently waited almost an hour before going inside to continue waiting. We waited so long that both the register lady and the guy who bags the food were both like, it’s almost ready. We still said ok and continued waiting. 5 different groups had walked in during our wait and still received their food before we did. We ordered chicken pasta, pizza, salad and garlic knots. First we kept saying maybe the pasta was what was taking long. Then I noticed 2 tables that walked in after we did had received their pastas. As I’m waiting at the counter I hear the bagger tell the owner who’s making the food, that we’ve been waiting. The owner says, “it’ll be 20 more minutes and if they don’t wanna wait they can go somewhere else.” So when I heard him say that, we instantly requested a refund. When asked who he is the guys says well that’s the owner. You don’t treat customers that way. But the sad part is, this is not the first time we’ve encountered them being nasty because the bagger is normally the nasty one. But surprisingly he was actually nice this evening and I actually told my husband he was nicer and he agreed. But that’s the end of us going back. Y’all need attitude adjustments around there.
Update: about a month later and we still haven’t received our refund and yall have been closed so we can’t even...
