The Philly Steak was super good. I assume this is their main seller. My experience took a turn when I tried the “Chicken Philly”. I’ve never had Rotisserie chicken based chicken Philly. It was just Hot chicken salad on a bun. It was pure mayonnaise (a lot of it) and the chicken had no flavor in my opinion. It also had a few bones in it from whoever deboned it. The customer service was pretty good. She handled my order really well. A better Chicken Philly would have given them a 5 but it was very disappointing being a foodie and sold this substandard Chicken Philly after traveling 45 minutes to get here. I normally try multiple items at these restaurants to give a honest review so here you have it 😊. Also, maybe add some fries to the menu? I went across the street to purchase fries from somewhere else. Changing your bread might benefit you too. Everything was fall out the bread. I am a little bummed out and a little disappointed. New to town, seen the place a few times. Checked out the reviews. Was excited. Staff was great. Been all over and to philly. Ordered your classic philly, onions and whiz. Out of whiz. So it was recommended to me to get american chesse. Get home. No cheese at all. Bread was good, tons of meat. Looked like too much actually. Not complaining. Meat was chopped a bit more than I had expected. Some a little tough, dry, and numerous gristle chunks. The flavor was good but did not remind me of a philly cheese steak.
