Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs — Restaurant in Hinesville

Happened 8/25/2020 -(Ordered 3 subs and average $40/$50 every time we eat here.Other 2 subs were great.) This is the 3rd time I have received my Turkey sub made incorrectly by the Baldinos near the base, but my 2nd time informing them of their error because I said I would just pay for extra meat next time instead of complaining.

I'm pregnant, can only eat certain foods, and highly disappointed that I drove that far for this.To avoid an issue I PAID for extra meat and I will post pictures of what I received. I was specific about my order and they still got the extra oil and vinegar wrong, no oregano, and where is the extra meat on the entire sub. I did look over the entire sandwich and they seemed to out extra meat in the middle but not the entire footlong as if they were trying to save meat. I will also post a picture of my husbands sub w NORMAL meat so you can see what I'm talking about.

The guy on duty said he was the manager for tonight and because I had called in before he could only do 50% off and was supposed to only do 10% off...of an order THEY GOT WRONG! Despite me having to drive 40 minutes round trip to bring it back and fix it properly. I wasnt asking for anything free and would have driven back right now to get a sandwich fixed properly. He told me they were closed so thats all he could do. Disappointed.

You have to go on certain days when certain people can fix your sub correctly or order certain subs or else the 3 thin slices of expensive Boars Head turkey you get on a normal sub tastes like bread and lettuce only with oil and vinegar. When you order another tyoe of sub with a variety of meat they give you 3 slices of EACH meat ehich is why my husband's sub is packed more with meat.

They used to be great but are going down now... The manager could care less about the customers because its not his business or money he is losing.

The pictures will not lie. Wish I could post the video Im taking to the manager tomorrow to show him this mess. (1st 2 pics are my sandwhich and the other 2 pics with meat you can clearly see are my husbands with NO EXTRA meat..but has meat hanging off and you can see the meat on his sandwich in the front with layers. Ridiculous. I paid more!!) I have to now combine the meat on my sandwiches to get the extra meat..pointless if I ordered and entire footlong. Sincerely..used to be a fan. Was our #1 spot even when visitors came to town and would take sandwiches home when I went to see my parents out of town..Those...

Baldinos... I can't describe how great this place is.

The food was outstanding. It's honestly the very best subs I've ever had. It was so great. I got seconds to bring back home to have one for later. This place is seriously underrated. The location is somewhat funny. It's right next to a subway. Man, that subway will go out of business. The bread that they bake is soft and delicious. The produce is very fresh. The meats are so juicy and packed with flavor. Overall, this is the best sub hands down. Even after being in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. This is literally the best sub place ever.

The service was also great. The team members at this location seemed enthusiastic to be there and they definitely took their sub making skills seriously. They were very polite. The service was also fast. It didn't take long to receive the meal.

The atmosphere felt like a family own sub restaurant. Which means it didn't feel generic. It was nice, mellow, and family oriented. I went with my friends and we honestly had a blast. It's hard to say you have a blast just at any restaurant, but we definitely did.

Overall, this is the best hands down sub restaurant. I highly recommend it. I don't think there's any place that can really genuinely compete with the flavor of the subs, and especially the price. The price was very affordable. It was as if they company was taking a hit after each sub we ordered. It was that delicious and...

Very good food! Fresh and quick. I’m leaving two stars though because of the attitude I got from the workers while I was here. I had never been before so I had a few questions. I asked the different between their hams and about the sides and the lady said “can’t you just get chips!” And I told her I had never been there before and she spoke very fast and unclear. They had no time for anyone there and there were only two other tables at the time (both already done eating). The two making the sandwiches were nice enough but looked miserable. Then we sat down to eat and someone was in the drive through and the lady on the headset was taking the order and said “oh just shoot me now” and acted like she was shooting herself because “they can’t decide what they want, seriously” is what she said. Poor poor service. I’ve been a server and customer service should be a top priority ALWAYS! I would also understand one person have a bad day but both women taking order complaining straight to the customers is truly just unprofessional. The food isn’t worth the poor atmosphere and...
