Kimmie's Pub & Grub — Restaurant in Hobart Township

This review is based off of your Kimmies Pub & Grub location in Prescott Michigan. I'm from out of town and was visiting the area. I went to this place twice and had horrible service! The first time was on June 12th, 2019 at night and the bartender didn't know how to make the drinks that I wanted that was on the menu. I also wanted to get a sweatshirt and the girl couldn't even sell me one due to them being locked up in a cabinet. She told me to come back the next day. So I came back in the late morning the next day on June 13, 2019. Was going to order some lunch and I sat down at the table. There was two waitresses. Both of them saw me and didn't even acknowledge me. So I then approached one of them. They asked me what I wanted rudely and I told them I wanted to order some food and buy a sweatshirt. She told me the other waitress would be with me. I waited almost 15 minutes. Another family came in and she began taking there order and came over to me after I flagged her over. She told me the sweatshirts were locked out again. And walked away. Not even asking to take my order. I then just left! So rude and unprofessional! Really need to train people in customer service! They have this new young blond bartender named Chrystal (I think) who would rather play on her phone than serve customers. Takes ten minutes to get a beer sometimes even when you wave your arms at her.

She has personal friends there and serves them first and finishes conversations before serving the customers.
