This is a hidden gem in the Choctaw collection, and I sincerely hope they receive enough business to replicate it. The facility is essentially smoke-free, with only 3 or 4 outdoor locations where smoking is permitted; absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the building! This is such a positive aspect, and I wish more casinos would adopt this policy. I know I would spend much more if that were the case.

Now, let's talk about the property itself. The rooms are quite spacious for a standard hotel, equipped with coffee makers and refrigerators, and feature nice showers and bathrooms. The pool is heated to a pleasant temperature and is open year-round. My daughter and I swam there just two days after New Year's, even in 40-degree weather, and found it very comfortable. There are also two large hot tubs connected to the pool, along with a wonderful outdoor area in front of the casino designed for families, complete with a small play structure for kids.

The restaurant is decent, though not remarkable, and the service could be improved. Additionally, you can only access the main gift shop through the restaurant or from outside, which is somewhat inconvenient.

Now, onto the casino, which is, once again, NON-SMOKING! Hallelujah! Although the casino is small, with only about 600 machines, it’s easy to find a machine to play on due to the small hotel size. There are just 8 table games, but they have low minimum bets—only $3 during the week and $5-$15 on weekends. While high rollers won’t find much here, that isn't the target audience for this hunting lodge turned casino. I had my fair share of wins and losses on the slots and at the tables, while my wife played on 1¢ and 2¢ slot machines for over two hours with just $150. In fact, she placed over $2000 worth of bets but only actually spent $150, allowing for a fun experience with the chance to walk away ahead sometimes.

There are only 3 machines at the center court, so if you enjoy sitting at the bar while playing, that might be a bit challenging, but the drinks are affordable. For table games, they offer various blackjack games, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em, and Roulette. They also feature stadium-style Roulette, Craps, Blackjack, and Baccarat, along with 4 Casino Wizard machines that offer 1.884 Baccarat and 6:5 Blackjack.

Location: This venue is perfectly situated to enjoy Broken Bow Lake, the tourist attractions in Hochatown, and all the beautiful outdoor activities available in the area. While there is parking for boats and RVs, it is not set up...

Hotel is amazing! Smells great and beds are very cozy. Love that you can stream Netflix in your room. Lost $3000 not happy we didn't win something. Hotel staff provides excellent resort service. The restaurant, only one on property aside from deli and outside food. A true sit down restaurant. Food was excellent better than Choctaw Durant. The service was HORRIBLE! I've had better servers at Waffle House. It was our anniversary and our host set up our weekend stay. The hostess to us to wait for our table which was fine. However after 20 minutes went to desk to check and remind her it was our anniversary all she did was gasp put her hand over her mouth. Obviously forgot us. Said I have a table come in. Sat us by the exterior door where people come in and out. It was so cold about 45 that night. The server was rude and didn't want to be there and made it apparent to us. No manager in sight, no apology or acknowledgment of our special day. We left not feeling so great. We decided to try the next night. We were again asked to wait 15 minutes. This time we received a text saying they will let us know when a table is available. After 15 minutes we noticed people that came after us were seated. What the heck! When to the desk and was told sorry we forgot about you because you were deleted by accident. Really!!!! Again no manager anywhere. Got seated and waited 15 more minutes and didn't even get acknowledged. I stopped a server and asked if we could please see our server. She finally showed up. We ordered Deviled eggs and strawberry shortcake. 20 more minutes..good god we didn't have anything that needed cooking. Hunted down waitress who said it will be a little longer. At this point my husband lost it!! Demanded a manager which finally came over. We let him know that at a resort you expect resort service. We also informed our host. They really need to train their staff on hospitality. I know they are new, they can bring staff from other properties to train current staff or get hospitality students or something. That just ruined our...

Player beware… played the same slot for 7 hours put almost 4k in the machine as soon as it starts winning a lady that smelled horrific set next to me and I kindly told her she smelled.. she told security and they were more concerned with her then the guy who was just sitting there quietly for hours playing… after she told security that I told her she smelled she came back and set next to me with no money in her machine, I told her again she stinks and if she could move but no she didn’t she waved to someone standing behind us as if on call at that point for some reason security called the cops on me and was very concerned about this lady for some strange reason either they didn’t want me to win or I’m almost certain it was the security’s guys mom because everyone that could possibly work there was standing behind me watching me play and before this incident I couldn’t even find an employee in the building for any kind of service…she would not leave the game next to me she had no money in it, they wanted her to have the machine I’m assuming because they asked me to leave where I was playing and come to the back of the casino where I did question why but did as I was told…they had me sit for an hour to have a actual cop come and ask them why he was there the security team had no explanation except that supposedly I was-being rude the cop took my statement and the employees statement and he looked like he just stepped into the twilight zone he also could not understand what was going on or why he was there…anyways I was banned from the casino I still have no explanation of what I did or why they escalated this the way they did I’ve seen people fight, steal that received better treatment than a guy who just lost 4k of money earned in Texas….if you are from out of town they...
