Went there today and waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement of my being there. No greeting..no please wait a moment..nothing. So I drove up to the window. I asked the girl at the window if the speaker was broken. She proceeded to tell me that no it wasn't but that she was the only person in drive thru having to expedite and take orders. I explained that I had been sitting at the speaker for WAY to long, that she could have at least greeted me and asked me to wait a moment. I asked if I could place my order at the window since there were 4 other cars behind me waiting at the speaker as well. She tells me no that I have to either come inside or go wait back in line again. I politely said no that I have waited WAY to long as it was and thanked her and started to drive off. As I come around the back of the building the manager is sitting on the curb smoking and playing on her phone while two other employees are are standing at the back door smoking and talking. I currently work in the fast food industry. I have never in my life encountered such horrible service and lack of management. This would never be allowed or tolerated at my store. Whoever owns this particular restaurant should seriously consider actually getting involved in it. I am absolutely just baffled that any owner or GM would allow such horrible behavior and service to happen or continue. I had to google the store number and I tried to go on the mybkexperience.com website and voice my experience and was met with two different pages. One saying it couldn't continue based on the information provided when I entered the store number. The next page told me that it had collected all the feedback it could for this period and couldn't accept any more for 14 days. I am absolutely just baffled with this. I will never return to this location again and will advise others to avoid it as well. I will try to contact corporate and make sure they are aware of this store and its lack...

Who else would still allow the manager to keep their job after looking at all the well deserved bad reviews? I assure you that the reviews are not exaggerated. I've never been to this location and had a normal mistake free experience. The only reason I decided to give this place another chance is because I received a BK gift card and I wanted to use it. Of course when I pulled up to the drive through, they said that the drive through was down. I'm thinking What is down about it? I can hear you and you can hear me. What about it is "down"? I then went inside to order only to be told that they were out of coffee! It's breakfast time and you're out of coffee? So I said I would settle for soft drinks instead only to be charged more! Why should I be penalized for their shortcomings! I didn't want to argue with them so I was just going to use my gift card and get out of there. Nope. The machine wouldn't take my gift card. The cashier went to get the manager but they never came out to help. I guess it wasn't that important. I left vowing...
