flavor was excellent but over all my experience was almost lacking. went there and shared a burger since in was a late lunch and didn't want to spoil our supper. you order at the counter. grab your drinks from the cooler. no ice or cups to keep drink cold or just have ice water with your meal. the waitress did bring extra plastic utensils and an extra paper bowl but they didn't cut the hamburger. I didn't think to ask them to do it for me but trying to cut it with a flimsy plastic knife that kept bending and getting soft from the heat of the burger made it challenging and messy. bacon on the burger was somehow over cooked and undercooked at the same time. the meat part on the bacon was hard hard to chew but the fatty part of the bacon was raw and slimy. no way to cook the bacon more or even get a more cooked piece. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with us and said no microwave or way to get a more cooked piece of bacon. the hamburger meat was kinda loose and wanting to crumble so that was alittle different also. our 1 burger and a side of ranch was almost $18. pretty pricey for a stand up at a counter and get your own drink place. most likely won't come back and I don't think they will really miss our business but it's a bummer, i was really looking forward to trying this place out and having a new place to go. being able to fix something like undercooked food and having ice available to customers should...

We ordered a pbj sandwich, mac and cheese, brisket, sausage, baked beans, and potato salad, a cheeseburger and a half rack of ribs and the best thing out of all of that was the mac and cheese that was clearly from out of a bag 🤣 the ribs were so dry, comparative to beef jerkey, the sausage links were inedible because of how dry they were, baked beans were not baked beans, more of a mixture of 4 different types of beans in a watery soup, potato salad was so salty, brisket isn’t real brisket, it’s pulled brisket similar to pulled pork. They said they weren’t serving anything fried that night, tried to order a BLT, they said they didn’t have bacon, tried to order a baked potato, said they didn’t have any baked potatoes… we also ordered 3 orders ahead and some of the staffs family members came in and ordered food for their 4 kids and 3 adults and the 3 orders after us plus the staffs family members all got their food before we did. Maybe that was why it was so dry and cold. Who knows. For sure not 94$ worth of food and would not recommended. If you want some decent bbq, make the drive to kearney. Super...

I just tried 37 Smokehouse for the first time recently and the food is incredible! Barbi has fantastic customer service and was super helpful walking me through the menu and helping decide what to get. We came in close to closing time and she was just happy people were coming into her restaurant and treated us very well, like we were family, she is definitely lighting up the place with her personality and energy. I ended up getting the smoked sausage and it was great, had amazing flavor and the texture was great, you could tell they make it fresh. The atmosphere was very cozy feeling and the restaurant was very clean and well stocked. I will definitely come back when I’m back...
