The early morning weekday duo of Karen (with her day and hilariously funny sense of humor!) and Bev (with her fun hats, costumes for practically any holiday you can think of!) is nothing short of a very well-oiled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and one a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly, calmly. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. There's nothing more important than that! Thank you! The weekend crew is equally wonderful which is no surprise considering it was "The Dream Team" of Karen and Bev who trained them.. Lila, Kiley Ava, Jack and Jack are an exceptional group of young people! Lynn will often join on occasion (when she's not working her second job!) and it's as if she's there everyday as well. Friendly, personable, polite (and no ohones!!!) They greet you with a smile, a "Good Morning!" (often followed by the customer's name.) It's beyond refreshing! Such a lovely and positive way to start the day, 7 days a week! Oddly enough I was never a coffee drinker and am not sure what made me stop one morning, but am so glad I did!!! Thank you ALL. You make Hollis Dunkins a...
Read moreThis is the worst dunks in the entire state of New Hampshire. I have never met a group of more rude and condescending workers than the people who work here. The employees make their own rules, and the management blindly follows it. I have one simple request every time I come to this dunks and it's a pup cup, and every time I'm told by the older lady manager(who is the rudest of them all), they don't have pup cups. They never did. They never will. There's no button for it. She's not doing it. I know for a fact there is a button for it and it cost $1.09. I literally have to train these people at their own jobs. I guess she got sick of listening to me because she finally rang me up, and what do you know there was a pup cup button and they give me an attitude about it every time. The only dunks that gives me a a hard time over a cup of whipped cream. What's so hard about Putting whipped cream in a cup and pushing a button to ring me out. I honestly hate this dunks and everyone who...
Read moreLiterally the worst Dunkin Donuts hands down. They violated several health codes, the management can't do their job and the young workers are the laziest group of children I have ever met. They ignore customers, talk "smack" about their coworkers and the lack of actual work done shows through the filthy conditions that store is in. I've had a glimpse at the food station and will never forget the pure grime. The pots for coffee had a thick layer of what looked like burnt coffee permanently stained on them and the donut case was covered in old bits of donut and i don't know what else. Rude employees, disgusting attitude from management, and absolutely repugnant. Never go there unless you want...
