Spice Wing Woodstock — Restaurant in Holly Springs

I arrived at the hotdog factory on a Friday night and placed an order for a corndog onion rings and a drink. I proceeded to wait for over 25 minutes on this order. I am a door dasher but I ordered for myself. I went up to the front asked him how much longer would be and they told me another 15 minutes and I have excepted A DoorDash from Marcos. Do you know the fact that I was working I told them that I would go make the delivery and come back. They gave me their number and I tried to call when I was on my way back and it went straight to voicemail. So the next day I arrived at the hotdog factory and proceeded to ask about my order. They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. No problem. I waited 30 minutes and still no water. So I asked for my money back and proceeded to leave. Being born they are not prepared for business. I will never go back does this hotdog factory. In rebuttal to the owners comment. I waited for a long time do you order was not made yet and I was told to call and they would start the order the number they gave me went directly to voicemail and I had no way of contacting them to let them know I was on my way. For a new restaurant they should be top notch and...

My husband and I usually do wings as our go to when we want a break from cooking for us and the kiddos.

Since we moved closer to holly springs, our options were not much. We did the usual sport bars, but was met with cold, soggy wings, or lack of flavor or sauces.

We decided one night after wrestling 3 boys to eat dinner and get them to bed, it was too late to cook for us and we were exhausted.

So we got on Uber, and decided wings. We knew we were done with the past choices, and saw one pop up we never thought of trying.

We ordered. And was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we recieved our order at our door. Skeptical, we finally sat down. The food was HOT. Super fresh. Extra crispy, not soggy, full of flavor. Best part, they didn't forget the extra ranch.

That was a few months ago.

We now make it our go too, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is hot, fresh, and extra crispy.

Definitely recommend the cheese sticks as well, freshly battered. Not the weird frozen store...

Very disappointed with the fact that I got home and there was no blue cheese with my wings. The place was nice, clean and the young man David was polite enough. When I asked for celery with my wings he replied that since I did not order a “combo” I was only allowed to have one side. It doesn’t seem logical that after ordering a New your hot dog, 6 wings and a drink, a couple of pieces of celery were going to break the bank. He was still polite. Unfortunately politeness some times is not enough. Common sense applies when dealing with customers. When I was told to “come back and I will give you Blue cheese and celery” that just aggravated me even more. Seems to me that if he would have given me a couple of pieces of celery he would have noted the lack of blue cheese. Oh well… $15.65 x once a week= $813.80 2 pieces of celery = $.10 x52= $5.20 Not a good decision. Maybe the young man David could be retrained....
