While I was purchasing food at this location, the cashier made me aware that they did not have the correct size supplies for the meal I ordered and therefore she would have to charge me more. I informed her that the businesses lack of supply would not be made my issue and she would not charge me more than what I requested; as a representative of this name brand it would be upon her to find an accommodating resolution. After carrying me through a few rounds of banter, the cashier FINALLY offered me a bottled water, which was the first sensible thing she stated since I started my order. After imposing that negativity, in the end, she gave me my food with the enlarged cup I refused to pay for rather than the bottle of water we agreed upon, (which I was looking forward to) by this point I had no more will or desire to engage with this associate and did not discuss the bottle of water further. However, I did feel the charade of pulling me into confrontation was even now all the more unnecessary if it wasn't being done for any principal, just simply a way of overcharging me. Needless to say I won't be back and as this was a second egregious incident at a Wendy's franchise, I doubt I'll gather anymore taste...
Read moreAfter visiting a family member in the hospital, I expected at least decent service — but this was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had.
The drive-thru was chaotic and unprofessional. I ordered a Coke Zero, paid for it, and then was handed a fruit punch instead. When I asked about it, the employee actually laughed and told me that if I wanted Coke Zero, I should go inside myself — even though I specifically chose the drive-thru because I had my child in the car. They didn’t even bother to tell me they were out of Coke Zero before charging me.
The food was disgusting and poorly made: soggy fries, soggy bacon, and a burger that wasn’t even fully cooked. Not safe, not fresh, not edible. When I said “thank you,” the employee rolled her eyes and walked away like the whole thing was a joke.
I rarely come to this Wendy’s — and now I remember why. I would rather drive to the Hallandale Wendy’s than risk my time, money, and my child’s safety doing U-turns and dealing with rude treatment for food that isn’t even prepared correctly.
This location seriously needs better staff training and customer service standards. I will never...
Read moreFood was good. I mean it IS after all a fast food restaurant. Drive through was super quick too as I was the only one there. However!!!!! Costumer service was AWFUL!!!! The lady at the drive through took my order and so (i was being nice as i wasnt sure if she heard me or not) so i repeated when she asked me something. When I repeated that i wanted a combo just to make sure she heard me I was received by a badly made attitude saying "I KNOW!!!!" She also asked me for what drink twice!!! Now thats ok if she maybe forgot or whatever and at least my order wasnt messed up. My problem is the fact that there was attitude and a rude way to say things! Oh!! And i made the mistake of being a little far from the drive through so at first she was like "how the hel.... Can you please back up and come closer?" See? Thank God she stopped herself but still!!!! Needless to say no wonder they have LOW CLIENTELE AND NO thanks to your rudenwss and worst costumer service ive ever been on in ALL Hollywood, no thanks i won't be here (no wonder no one goes here).
Hey drive through lady, next time, have some social skills! And be...
