A solid 4 cafe. The servers are incredibly friendly and attentive. I found the two people there the day I went to be super polite. You order at the counter to take out or they serve you at a table with numbers. I have a gluten and it’s doable here but very little variety. You can get an omelette. On the bright side, the meat lovers omelette is one of the best I’ve had! I guess they usually offer gf bread for toast or a sandwich but didn’t have it this day. The home fries appeared excellent but unfortunately they tasted “off”. My husband figured out that it was cooked in old rancid oil. It unfortunately ruined my meal. Even just a few bites. I’m going to assume this was a one off bad experience. The coffee was good and there was a lot of variety. Plenty of parking. And the place had plenty of seating this day. I would say I cautiously recommend this establishment.

I arrived just after they opened at 6am and spent the entire day here as my "office." Yes, it was coffee with a bagel to start, a lovely sandwich for lunch and then I was there as they closed for the day at 3pm. No one minded at all. Comfortable seating and great coffee. I started the day with a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I thought it was going to be jalapeno cream cheese but it ended up being cream cheese topped with jalapenos. Okay, different but still good. Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich that was nicely loaded and served with fabulous kettle chips. Filling and inexpensive. Wifi worked well and the place was quiet enough all day that I was able to work easily. A few Zoom calls here and there, comfortable. I would absolutely return to Dam Cafe.

Large portions but maybe it was an off day my eggs burnt my potatoes weren't cooked all the way Imy meal came with toast who eats the ends of the bread normally you trow that part a way because rhoes pieces are smaller than the others and then throw a big gob of butter on my toast, I get 2 plate size pan cakes and you get 1/3of a cup of syrup. Also I see sometimes they would deliver food to tables and some times they would call you up to pick up your own food. No one was wiping off tables after patrons would sit down. And leave

Just cannot go here again - loss of basic trust and horrid coffee. Wifi is good yet unsecure. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Food is mixed. Coffee is horrid – weak and just a step above that percolated church basement coffee. Half of the French fries were very overcooked and like cardboard, and there were no equal priced substitutions to the fries on the side of a burger. Order was overcharged, and it was refunded. HOWEVER, the refund would not have occurred if it was not asked what was contained in the sandwich, and notice taken that half of it was missing. Apparently, the sandwich ordered was clandestinely upgraded and then not delivered as such. Most prices are NOT posted in the café, and staff said those posted (for the daily specials) were incorrect (to enable the clandestine upgrade?). So, either they were trying to hoodwink the customer or they’re just plain sloppy in their order taking and handling and/or in their order preparation. The burger was excellent after taking off the excess sauce and re-stacking it so that the sauce is next to the meat rather than sliding all over the once melted cheese that was re-chilled with the abundant sauce. Be aware: there was at least one other review noting difficulties with order delivery, especially where there was an upcharge. With that patron, and on multiple occasions, this place failed to deliver the paid for upcharge items. Sadly, there seems to be a pattern of deception for upcharging rather than an honest delivery of good food creating increased...

The food was good, the service was great, the restaurant was comfortable. The Reuben was better than others that I've had and I'd get it again. The fries, though fairly tasty, were limp. I think it would have been better to fry them a little, remove them from the oil, let them sit for a short time, and then finish frying them. They would be crispier that way which may enhance the eating experience. The caramel frozen drink was disappointingly mediocre--the taste was weak as if it was mildly flavored blended ice; other flavors might be more flavorful. All-in-all, I'd go back and try other menu options.

They had a wide array of oversized desserts that were very appealing to the eye. I should have taken a picture--I've never seen a muffin or a cookie that big. The pan of very large cuts of brownies was almost too tempting, but I needed to pass on dessert.

Every staff member that I encountered was great. Zero complaints about the employees. When we placed our order, we were given a brontosaurus to place on the table instead of a numbered marker. I thought that was really cool and appreciated the uniqueness--bravo! The are also four tables outside under a well-shaded canopy along the front of the restaurant. On a pleasant day outside (like I had during my visit) it was very enjoyable. The inside of the restaurant had a spacious dining area that was clutter-free and easy...

Good morning I just had my first visit and wanted to provide feedback. The young lady who served me was professional, and pleasant so what I am about to say has NOTHING to do with her. I went there for my first visit and loved the vibe the , the baked goods, etc. I first asked any of the baked goods were vegan and was told no (I have an dairy allergy). That’s fine , no worries. Then I noticed that you had an assortment of bagels. I asked the young lady to toast me up a cinnamon raisin bagel. So now I’m waiting, and waiting and waiting and waiting…. I finally asked her what the delay was. She explained that the bagel was still “a little frozen” so she put it in the microwave. She mentioned that the bagels were not made on site (completely understandable). What I didn’t understand was why you would get frozen bagels with Comfort Bagels down the road from you. Also even if they were frozen at some point, by breakfast time they should’ve been thawed out and ready for purchase. Once again she did nothing wrong! But I now question the freshness of your food. Nuking bread is verboten as is selling frozen food. She did give me my money back. Please reconsider where you source your baked goods/bagels from so as to ensure the (deceptive) level of freshness...
