Paramount Pizza Slices — Restaurant in Holyoke

On 2/24/2022, I placed an online order for a pizza from Paramount 2 Pizza and I received a text message and a Email stating that my order was excepted and I was charged for the order. I then received a text and Email stating that my order was ready for pick up. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was told that they DID NOT have an order for me, I showed them my text message and they still said, that there was no order for me, so I left the Pizza shop. I called my bank to stop payment on my card by Paramount Pizza. About 2 hours after I left the Pizza shop, a female from Paramount Pizza called me on my cell and asked for someone that was not me, I told her that she had the wrong number and then she said "Did You order a pizza" and I said yes, but when I went to pick it up, I was told that they did not have an order for me, now they are calling my cell phone 2 hrs later to pick-up and order. Not bad, but the prices are a bit much. I dropped 28 bucks for two slices, wings and a drink. The slices are giant, so they got that going for them. I probably could have made a meal out of one slice because the crust was more dense than I expected. Dense, chewy crust that actually gave my damn jaw a workout. Slices were fine, lacked a bit of flavor even with added garlic salt and oregano.

My wings were also fine. They were cooked well and were large. They just weren’t hot. I’m not sure what their mild is like, but doubt I will ever try.

Place is clean but just a bit cluttered and felt unwelcoming. In addition to feeling uncomfortable, the Ice Cube movie, Are We Done Yet? was playing on the TV’s. They made it loud and clear they do not want anyone dining in by playing that movie. It was even worse torture than the...
