Salmon Sisters Mug Up Coffee — Restaurant in Homer

Off the beaten path! You have to drive, or walk, past all of the other main shops to get to this spot, but when you arrive you'll be surrounded by locals through and through. We loved the plethora of things to purchase in this store besides "just coffee". It's a fishermans one stop shop, and the friendliness of the barista made it clear as to why.

As always I enjoyed a yummy cappuccino, and we sat and did our best to stay warm at the most north point of the Spit. I advise venturing down here, you'll enjoy it.

Mug up truly is more of a hidden gem in Homer if you’re looking for good coffee. They’re just a couple minute walk from Lands End Resort, giving you a beautiful view of the bay and mountains. The baristas are always super kind and wonderful to talk with! Their coffee options are super good and they have different breakfast options with their breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches, also super yummy baked goods, muffins...

We should have gone to the other Bagel shop in town for breakfast because this one's smoked salmon bagel was not what we had in mind. It's like going to a Starbucks, they toast the bagel and serve you the smoked salmon spread in a container for you to DIY.
