Someone by the name of LUCY has very poor customer service. I don't know if it's because of our race, but we were treated unfairly. I do understand that during the pandemic not everyone want to do samples, but don't tell us that you're not giving out samples when you gave the next customer a sample. It was our first time there and it was the other customer’s first time also but he was from out of town, but I don't understand how that could make a difference if you're going to stick to a policy of not giving out samples then stick to that. Great selection of flavors made with real natural ingredients, except Rocky Toad which had no tar or rocks in it! Clean store, well lit. Beautifully furnished with natural pine woodwork wall, tables and chairs. Very friendly staff members who were willing to give sample tastes to even the picky people like Mz Ashley. Prices were comparable to other store made creamers I've been to. Ice cream was just delicious. Cones were wonderful as were the toppings. We stopped in here on a brief visit to Birmingham. They have a good selection of flavors, nothing terribly odd, but more interesting than the boring usual. Hubby got the Road Trip flavor, I ordered the mint tracks, and my youngest had the cotton candy. All were good.
