Wally's Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Honesdale

My family placed an order here for take out last. We ordered 2 burgers, onion rings and boneless wings. The server went over the order with me three times on the phone. When I came home after picking it up I realized they did not give me sweet potato fries with one of the burgers but I was charged for them. I requested the wings to be plain with sauce on the side, and they put the sauce on it. One burger was well done after requesting medium rare. I have tried this restaurant every year they had a new owner. This one is the least of my favorites. Food is decent and it was relatively cheap for the amount of food I received. The staff seems to stay with the business from owner to owner and they are not friendly at all. Not sure why this business never succeeds but just my thoughts. I won’t be back until someone new...

Love that this little Gem has new owners. It's now clean, with Super Friendly service, timely service , food served hot and everything and I mean everything was delicious. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, not greasy not mushy not hard. Nice tender potatoes. Eggs fresh and delicious. Loved the sausage. Not your run of the mill sausage. This was a nice quality.French toast was hot and fluffy too. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and hot bacon crispy not too much or too little. Even the toast was fresh not hard and it buttered nicely. Kudos to the chef.

Our server was kind and engaging without being overbearing. Coffee was reason enough to stop in. Delicious and plentiful....And a nice tough the prices were great. Definitely...

If you love eggplant, you have to try their eggplant tower appetizer. It alone will be worth the visit. Fantastic presentation, eggplant is cooked just right, the fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, along with the tomato sauce and a reduced balsamic vinegar sauce add to a great dish. They even have some Mexican dishes for variety. So we ordered a chicken al pastor burrito and a tinga chicken bowl. Great taste and the serving size was very generous for each dish.
