Jack in the Box needs to relook at the related online ordering apps, Ordered item thru, Doordash went to pick it up, Timeline 27 Jan 22, on or about 11pm. But when I got to fast food joint, the customer service representative (CSR) at Jack in the Box said they did not have the order. The line was long, and the wait was long, I got out of the line of cars, thinking I may have ordered through another store on N King Street, I plugged in the address and It took me back to the same store. Staffing was foolishly conversing on my expense as I was waiting in the driveway of the pickup window to collect my food. They even made me wait longer for my dipping sauce. The associate even questioned me if I was sure of the contents in my bag was settled. I repeatedly confirmed with them that I didn't pay for sour cream for my egg rolls. I paid for buttermilk and sweet & sour sauce. They questioned me again, and I even had to show them the receipt that they just gave me. I gave them three chances until I deemed them to be inadequate of there performance as a contributor to our economic society. I ran out to get food for my pregnant wife at about 8 pm( who is terribly alergic to mayo) so I order 2 burgers with no mayo and repeated the no mayo point about 3 times. The order on the screen was correct the receipt was correct. By the time I got home and broke open the food I realized both burgers had mayo on it and both drinks (which were suppose to be dr pepper) ended up being nothing more than glorified carbinated water with a slight brown tint.
