Been meaning to give a review of San Nicolas and their awesome service! Catered food from them, and the ladies there were so helpful in making my daughter's graduation party a big success! Her party was at the Bishop Museum and with a min. $$ amt catered, San Nicolas delivered the food on time and even helped set it up where I wanted it to be. Since they don't make their own Cascaron, they even saved me everything they had delivered to them for the day and brought it to the party for me. Today's visit: The Dinuguan/Dinardaraan was too salty and acidic- too much vinegar and it's mostly fatty meat. The Kilawen Kalding though was prepared just right. Slightly chewy skin but the meat was moist and soft.
