KFC — Restaurant in Honolulu

I pulled into an empty parking lot at 7 pm on a Saturday evening after finishing a job in town. I wanted to bring some fried chicken home to my family and I was on my way home to the North Shore. Was able to hit this location before getting on the highway.

I walked in well dressed and a smile on my face. No employees were in the front and the restaurant was completely empty. I walked up to counter when I finally heard some shuffling feet to the front. I looked at the small Asian lady and said hello. She didn't acknowledge my presence. No eye contact no response. So I said HI! She turns around towards me but is looking down at the cash register and says absolutely nothing to me. I cannot stand people who are so rude and no ALOHA. I said HI to you twice you didn't even look at my face and acknowledge me. I immediately snapped. I raised my voice and said what is wrong with you that you cannot even say HI to me. Something is seriously wrong with this KFC. I went in once and ended up waiting 30 minutes. I figured it was just a bad night so gave them another try. Still stuck waiting.

Today I thought I would order online. Half the time spent in the store is usually wasted trying to put in an order as the person walks away constantly while you’re ordering.

Ordered online. Gave them 15 minutes and walked to the store. No one was on the store and they hadn’t even started working on my order. I had to let them know I was waiting for and tell them what was on the order. They spent a solid 3 minutes looking around for the food before realizing they hadn’t started prepping it.

I gave them a solid 3 tries before writing a bad review. So not worth...

Been here a few times. Never disappointed with the food but services. Yes I understand we are in the pandemic but the restroom should still be opened for paying customers. One employee, an older female, got out of the restroom and blocked me from going in. She informed me that the restroom is not open. I told her that I am a customer but she still said no. However, I still stay calm and being nice so she said "She only let me use this time". Most places I go the restroom is always open to the customers. If you don't open to the customers then please put up a sign or block the entrance. Just my rants. Hope the management reconsider or do something to deter...
