Very nice presentation. A couple things that missed the mark for me that stopped me from giving them 5 stars. The pancakes. The oreo pancakes was a popular item but when I got them they were tasty but was undercooked. The middle well pancake in general was really gummy. I even popped them in the microwave for a couple minute but just couldn't get them right. Great flavor would recommend anybody to try them just make sure cooked through. The Adobe omelet is my new favorite item off the menu. I would like to see grape tomatoes on the lechon with onions but overall great dish. Love love love the extra mile yall go with the flower presentation. Was a eye opener when we received the meal and opened it. The fruity pebbles French toast amazing. Could of added whip cream and I could of ate them plain with just that. The syrup make it extra sweet and the kids enjoyed it doe. So running around with them all day. Da local omelet was just a regualr omelet nothing to special to write about but good. Couldnt get picture of everything but would definitely be a repeated customer and definitely will recommend to everyone to try. Ratings Adobe rice and lechon-9.5/10 Fruity pebble French toast-8.5/10 Oreo pancakes-6/10 Fried chicken-8/10 Da local omelet-7/10 Thanks...

Hard to choose, what to order. Everything I tried, was so ono! I love that they take pride in presentation for their plates. Position of my corned beef hash, with the pretty, purple orchid.๐๐ผ Their prime rib loco moco, is a winner! And this is one of few places that actually knows how to cook an over medium egg! No burnt edges and still a little yolk to mix, with my rice.
And what makes or breaks any review or keeps loyalty....their customer service is INCREDIBLE!! Everytime I go to the Wahiawa location, they are the most friendliest, most social and welcoming crew! Same with this King St. location! They were so nice and didn't rush us, even tho we were done eating and stayed to chat. They were professional, patient, kind, clean, polite and so accommodating!
Biggest bonus.....THEY DO NO DISCRIMINATE!!๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ผ THANK YOU GUIEB CAFE!! They appreciate EVERYONE. Vaccinated or not, this is real aloha and appreciation! I will be and have been a loyal customer and will always come back! Spread love and aloha, NOT...

Boy were we surprised, wait time was ridiculous so we made reservations for a later time, with our previous experience it was worth the wait, but that soon changed as we got our orders. Ordered a prime rib with mash potatoes, ube pancakes, and adobo fried rice. Prime rib looks like it's was cooked the day before and slapped on the flat top, the aujus was nothing but chicken concentrated water, the gravy was Luke warm and super salty, and the mashed potatoes was dry and crumbled as you tried to eat it. Pancakes was ok kind of crunchy so you have to ask to add ube sauce on the side to make it not as dry $5 for a small container and adobo fried rice was good with smashed and gutted not whole sausage who does that to sausage do that at home. Oh while we were there we were greeted with bass thumping beats straight out of the kitchen usually let's just say the food did not match the quality that I was used to when they...
