So I went thru the drive thru to place an order it came out 21.54. I got the first window and given the cashier 60 cent instead of 54 cent cuz I was short a penny.. so I told him can you take 54cent out of 60cent and charge my card 21.dollars. He gave me back my receipt and done his own thing by take the whole 60cent then charge my card 20.94. When questioned him . He telling I have take the whole thing and he could do it that way.. so I told yes you could of, but you didn't know then get your manger. Mind you while this was going He was rude, disrespectful and just trying to move along. The manager came and I explained what happened the cashier ill just refund the whole thing and recharged you but manager tells if we that it take days to refund ur money or give back 6cent.. So I agree just to give the 6cent. I interated that if didn't know how to do it to call someone to assistance him but there's way to do it. He input 60cent into the register he just had put 54cent and the it would left a balance of 21.dollars and give me 6cent back.. but I was rude to the manager explaining it to him because I was upset with cashier disrespectful tone. I continue to drive to the next window, realize I was rude to manager I ask the next person to see if you can call over that manager and he became rude and telling no you need to come inside and I simply told just call him over there's no one behind and justi said someone else turn to the first window. He was rude even more after told him you busy arguing with me, you could of got him already. The person closes the window clocks it and spoke to me on the intercom still being disrespectful and smirking and laughing. I drove and parked went the inside ( at this point I was lived and angry), when to the counter that same person from the window was standing there. So I yelled now get your manger.. with cocky attitude and smirks expression yells manager.. I told him your customer service is rude and disrespectful. He turns to Me and said "I dont even know you". I repeated that your customer service skills are rude. While another was trying to talk to me .so I told her I wanted to talk the last manager. So comes up and I said I wanted to talk him.. THE MANAGE SAID OH IM OFF THE CLOCK TO YOU HAVE TO TALK TO HER. UNEXCEPTABLE, THERE'S AND ISSUE YOU HANDLE THE ISSUE YOU DONT PAST THE BUCK. OVER ALL IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. This was one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I pulled through the drive-thru, and the guy at the window clearly couldn’t care less. No greeting, no eye contact—just handed me my drink and bag with zero effort, then walked away without a word. Like I was an inconvenience for showing up.
I parked in front of the store to check my food, and sure enough—half-filled, cold, soggy fries. At 10 PM, with only me and a motorcyclist in the drive-thru, there’s no excuse for that. It’s not like the store was slammed.
I went inside expecting a quick fix. Instead, I was met by a short Filipino girl at the counter who told me I should’ve asked for hot, fresh fries. Are you serious? Since when is it the customer’s job to ask for food to be fresh? That’s just called doing your job. The fries were obviously sitting under the warmer forever—and I could see the pile just sitting there, getting staler by the minute.
No apology. No accountability. Just deflection and attitude. And the worst part? They acted like I was the problem for expecting basic quality.
This kind of service is lazy and embarrassing. If your staff can’t handle serving decent food or showing a shred of respect to paying customers, they shouldn’t be working the night shift—or at...
Read moreI love McDonalds ever since I can remember, but sometimes one awful experience can really leave a bad taste in your mouth. A few times a week I get some of the employees intentionally ignore me when I approach the cash register to order and I also frequently have to deal with waiting for my coffee 10 whole minutes before I'm served. I mean really big orders after me are served before me. I feel very unwelcomed and I ask myself in light of this if I really did something to them to deserve this. I wish I was treated better after all I visit there every day at least twice. Lastly, they dont have the McDonalds FREE wifi available and I need to have a wifi connection all the time for my line of work. They treat me and other wifi users as if we are stealing internet and it makes me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I would almost always get something if I was to use their normal wifi available but since I cant get connected I take my business elsewhere. How disappointing it is to see McDonalds trying to prevent us from using new technologies for further...
