Went through the drive thru this morning and was completely turned off from ever going back to this Dunkins. It wasn't busy, no line in the drive thru. I tried giving my order only for the woman taking it to be extremely rude talking over me and "is that it?" was asked after each item I tried to order. My order wasn't complicated, a medium caramel ice coffee skim milk and sugar melted , a medium iced latte with milk, a plain bagel and cinnamon raisin bagel both with plain cream cheese. I pulled around to the window not really expecting the order to be correct since I don't think she heard me over herself talking. The gentleman at the window says to me "so 2 ice coffees" to which I replied no and explained what the order should be. At the same time I'm explaining the woman who was taking my order was yelling to him that no it was a medium ice coffee and an ice latte. They both continued to mock the fact that I ordered a latte. The cashier then starts to punch a bunch of buttons and I'm watching the order total go up and up. He then puts his hand out expecting me to pay $17.70 for my order. I pointed to the total under the window and said "I don't think that's right". I said it in a simple questioning manner to which he raises his voice to me and says "calm down lady, mistakes do happen okay?!". The rudeness and sarcasm was uncalled for and totally inappropriate. He went back to punching buttons and in my frustration I said nothing and drove off. I wasn't about to eat or drink anything they would have offered after the way I was treated. I think the employees at this location desperately need some training in customer service. Thankfully closer to my destination this morning I did go to the Dunkins on Second street in Manchester and the people working at the one on Benton Road could seriously take a lesson from the wonderful, kind, customer friendly staff at the Second...
Read moreI ordered and the woman taking my order was extremely rude and apathetic. Then, when I approached the window, I realized I had forgotten to put an apple fritter on my order and asked them if they could add it on. The woman immediately and aggressively said no. I asked again, kindly, because it was for my child and it was just a donut. I was fully willing to pay, even if it meant paying for it after checking out my previous order, but again she said absolutely not, and started to get increasingly aggressive. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to speak with someone who was less agitated, but the manager was just as rude and told me to pay for my food and leave, because there was a line wrapped around the building, which there was not. I could not believe the lack of people skills and disrespectful behavior from the staff, but also the manager who was supposed to be in charge. I’ve worked in customer service, I know it’s stressful, but that doesn’t mean you should be taking it out on your customers. This group of staff either needs retraining on people skills, because this is not the first time I’ve dealt with aggression from this rotation of people, or a complete...
Read moreI’ve gone to this Dunks ever since I can remember, and throughout the years, it has gotten consistently worse. Most employees I have encountered rush you through your order when you place it at the speaker, which I find can be stressful. I understand it is a fast paced job and you want the line to move fast, but we are people not just cars in a line. One time when I got to the payment window, there was a trash can on the counter where they place our food before they hand it to us. The outside of the trash can looked gross and had goo all over it. Then, when I wanted to recieve my food, they took the trash can off the counter and didn’t even wipe it down before they put food on it. One time, I asked to pay for the two cars behind me because I knew them, and the employee said no because they were too busy, that just doesn’t make sense to me. They do get my order right usually so that is why I...
