This Starbucks was top of the line when the first opened. Coffees made beautifully and the customer service was amazing. That staff has changed since then and so has our experience. Me and my mother go everyday. While the staff provides standard customer service it isn’t up the bar that was set when they opened. We order the same thing every. single. day. A cold brew with vanilla syrup, topped with sweat cream foam. We discontinued going through the drive thru, while it’s faster than most Starbucks lines our coffees were not the best. We figured we would go inside, ya know maybe take some stress off of the staff and get a better coffee inside…..wrong. The barista placed our order on the counter like this…..and the barista knew that it was wrong because he picked it up to look at it then placed it back down with uncertainly. Once I picked it up I noticed there was about an INCH of syrup just laying on the bottom. I immediately handed it back to him and asked him if he could fix it… he tried to shake it when we explained we didn’t want it creamy, that’s why we just get foam on the top so it’s layered. He then proceeded to try and justify that it was fine and asked if we wanted a straw. He just didn’t want to remake our coffee and so we just left. It ruined our day to say the least. My patience’s are running thin here now which is sad because they were the best!!!!

edit. I was refunded for everything by two young ladies, they were extremely polite and helpful. However who i am assuming is the manager based on how she acted towards us.. Got my cake pop and didn’t get my frappe so we asked and she says that it’s not the right store and we didn’t place the order. Pulled out the receipt and she continues to say that we did not order from here.She walks away and I get my refund. However this same “manager” was on her phone while her colleges were working. I've never seen so many strangers picking up each other cups looking for the name or type of drink it is. I guarantee the sitting cups get touched at least 3 different times or more by customers, so disgusting. Why???? The food is good, but I did not enjoy watching that kind of environment.
