Worst Wendy's ever. Ordered baconater fries and a loaded potatoes, got 2 loaded potatoes, asked for a vanilla coke without ice, it had ice in it, asked for a taco salad, got a few flakes of cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes. They told me it was a taco salad. I asked where the chili and tortilla chips were. They said I had the salad and exchanged it for one that had more cheese. I had to ask 3 times for the chili and tortillas they gave me a new salad with cheese, and I asked where the chili was, they finally for the third time. They finally gave me a bowl of chili and I said what about the tortilla chips, they said they were out and handed me saltines gave me a bowl of chili after asking 3 times. The dispenser was empty for the chosen drinks, I had to wait till they gave me the drinks separately and the drink was wrong, I brought it back, they gave me the same drink in a larger cup. I had to return it a 3rd time. No communication between staff. Poor listening. What I thought would be a quick stop, ended up with total frustration and an hour of standing in line over and over. With the fries, they asked me if I wanted the baked potato I said no, I wanted the fries I ordered, they took the potato back and I stood in line waiting for the correction which did not come until I asked for it a third time after 15 minutes of waiting, but while I stood in line no one passed on to fix the order. The staff treated me like I was being extremely difficult while my son and I ate our...
Read moreNot truly allergen friendly or friendly. I went with my family to this location on February 17 2023. While the ingredients are listed on the website, the fryer oils can vary from one location to the next. I have a less common allergy. This is to cottonseed oil. The best I could find to see if they use it wad to Google it with the only answer was to ask to see what they use in their fryers. When we went in I asked the host at the front, the screen said his name was Ron. After asking him if he could check to see he told me to use the allergen chart. I tried to explain that I needed to ask because of the nature of my allergy, he said he didn't understand and then asked for my order. I felt very dismissed about the entire ordeal. I know in the long run my order means nothing to a large food chain, so I hope people understand that this deeply effects my ability to eat at locations like this. The cashier could have been far less indifferent to the situation. I understand how hard public facing jobs can be, so I would hope that an employee in food service would take food or allergy safety a little bit more serious, or at least grab someone who may be able to answer a question if they are unable. I'm not sitting here mad, flipping tables, and asking for a manager. I'm just disappointed on how this was handled from a customer service...
Read moreThe absolute worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s location (or any restaurant really) ever. The staff was untrained, the manager was not proactive when our large group came in to spend a large amount of money, the customer service was horrendous and I truly believe that this stems from poor leadership. Any manager would have protected their staff by stepping up to ensure great customer service not only for my group, but for all of the customers who were waiting behind us. While we were there (which was a time of extreme stress), one of the staff member was brought to tears by another staff member. Wendy’s workers should know that it’s not just about the food, but it’s about the customers they serve and the experience, whether it be 5 mins or an hour, should be that of respect and professionalism. Even if the Wendy’s staff is overwhelmed, there is no reason for bags to be thrown at customers, eyes to be rolled at customers, or attitude of any kind given to any customers. Step up the leadership and training...
