In the middle of the Ross Bridge neighborhood, it's convenient if you live there or close to there. There were only 4 tables total when we went for lunch and what looked like 1 server and 1 manager. The server was friendly and kept busy since she was handling the tables mostly on her own. The chips were not thin like Chuy's. The salsas were okay. We order the enchilada and the fish taco from the lunch menu. I didn't like their enchilada at all. Ate less than half and tossed the rest. The rice was nothing special. The bean....was sour? I actually asked about it, and the server doesn't know why it's sour, but she assured me it's not because it has gone bad. I wasn't really reassured. The fish taco was decent, and likely we would order it again should we come back. However, whether we would go back is pretty debatable with all the better options in town.

Definitely not a place I’ll be returning to. The chips were stale, and my order was completely wrong. I asked for a beef taco and tamales, but they brought out something else—and when I finally got the pork tamale, it was awful. The meat tasted like BBQ pulled pork, which didn’t belong in a tamale, and the breading was hard and dry. Even the Coke was flat. What bothered me most, though, was the kids’ menu. I ordered the chicken, rice, and queso for my one-year-old, and the queso turned out to be spicy. She took one bite and started screaming. I tried it myself and was shocked—it had a definite kick. There’s no reason something off the kids’ menu should have any spice at all.

La Paz Ross Bridge never disappoints. The Texas Margarita was just as good as my waitress said it would be. So good in fact, I had 2 large ones. The Gorda was so fresh and delicious. La Paz is my go to restaurant for Mexican food. I am so happy that this location is open close to home. You all should give them a try. Thanks again La Paz!

An absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The decor is vibrant and stylish, perfectly blending traditional Mexican elements with a modern touch.

The food is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we've tried was bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. Their guacamole is fresh and creamy, the queso is irresistibly smooth, and the salsa has just the right kick. The tacos and enchiladas were packed with flavor, and the fajitas arrived sizzling with a generous portion of perfectly seasoned meats and vegetables.

The margaritas are a must-try—refreshing, well-balanced, and available in a variety of creative flavors. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure every guest feels cared for throughout their meal.

The outdoor seating area is another highlight, offering a relaxing space to enjoy your meal while soaking in the charm of Ross Bridge. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving exceptional Mexican cuisine, La Paz delivers on every level.

This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorite spots. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit La Paz—you won’t be...

2nd visit here. First visit we had taco soup and a burrito. Honestly it was some of the worst Mexican I’ve ever had. I had to send the soup back as the chef must have gotten a big order of limes he needed to get rid of. It was like lime soup. The replacement burrito also had quite the essence of lime. The 2nd time we sat outside with our dog. We only intended to order drinks as the first visit wasn’t too great food wise. The hostess sat the 2 of us at a six top table that she had to wipe clean of dust and dirt. When I suggested we just sit at a smaller clean table right next to it we were told we couldn’t. Fine. 5 minutes later she comes out and asks us to move as a table of 6 people arrived. To the exact table I wanted in the first place. It was super unprofessional. Then as we sat-the new party arrived for the 6 top. The waitress then proceeded to go to that table and start taking drink orders. Then she passed by our table and didn’t even acknowledge we were there (nonetheless before the other party). We aren’t about poor service or preferential treatment so we got up and left. We won’t waste...
