Been here twice with my coworkers, I will not go back! Both times the lady at the register (Sonya) did not speak she just stood there with a very nasty attitude! After I spoke both times she just looked at me and afterwards spoke real softly. On the first visit one of the cooks brought our food and gave us the hibachi sauce to pour since we were eating at the restaurant… the second time the lady (Sonya) brought our food in togo containers and only gave us 2 hibachi sauces each after we ordered and stated were we going to eat at the restaurant… when I stopped her and asked about one of my coworkers food order that was wrong she turned around as if I was bothering her with a nasty attitude! THEY WILL NOT GET MY MONEY OR SERVICE AGAIN! The food was ok the service was TERRIBLE!!!!
To reply: unfortunately one of your cooks brought the yum yum sauce outside the last time we were there and the temperature was way hotter then today and unfortunately today was kind of windy but that’s fine… also did you address the issue of putting our food in Togo trays after we said we were eating at the restaurant? And I did talk to my coworker about the box and she was actually asking about the box but was ordering the hibachi steak but she didn’t make any issue about it she told her to it is fine she will eat it.. my issue was the way your work acted when I asked her about it! And yes the name (Sonya) came off the receipt so if it wasn’t you then that is my apologies but the lady at the register had on all black and did have a very nasty attitude both times we went! There is no justification of the way your employee acted which shows her personal personality as if she hates her job or hates the public! That’s is not a great job for her to have and she may need to consider a different field of employment… are you aware if an undercover inspector comes in to your restaurants to monitor the customer service levels that particular location Will Not Pass! And there are many businesses surrounding...
Read moreWe have been loyal customers and love this place. The food is delicious. The filet mignon and the shrimp are outstanding! The chicken teriyaki is delicious, sometimes a little overcooked because they cut the chicken so small. Biggest issue and reason for the 4 stars: We went today and the lady at the counter was pretty rude to my husband and I. She smiled the entire time but was condescending and talking to herself complaining about us with an attitude. If you get a cup of water, it's $1. They don't tell you that though. When I politely asked about it, she was very rude saying they are not Chick-fil-a or McDonald's and we have to pay for the cup and supplies. Absolutely fine, but please tell us that. They don't tell you your total and there isn't a place to check your total before paying, so I found out on the receipt. Even after we left the counter, she was still talking to herself and to the other staff about us. We were the only ones in the restaurant so it made for an awkward dinner. There are signs that you can only take 1 napkin, it's literally a square paper thin napkin and it's awkward if you need more. The food is good, bottom line. However, we will be trying another restaurant to see if we can find another to avoid being treated so badly. She said it's a family business, so instead of being rude and losing a customer, how about...
Read moreI read other comments this place is good But not that good, I wouldn’t rate this place a 4.4 or a 4.7 from my experience I had, The food was good, not the best, I ordered too plates and on both the rice was cold, and even when they brought a small plate out it was cold also, I ordered fried rice and what they serve was not. But for the price it was not bad and I was not Amazed, the vegetables hardly any on the plate and the fila mignon steak the cooks don’t no how to cook a steak. I ordered medium rare and they cooked it well done. So I really didn’t enjoy my food that much. Wish they could of added those low main noodles, but at the same time it might have been cold as well so for me it might have not been a good idea. The next time I want Japanese I rather spend the extra money and drive further and go to Sumo or Styx. You get your money worth even thou they are a little pricey. That Suki Hana in the mall does a better job...
