Curbside Pick-up- There was no direction at the store on where to park or how to pick-up a curbside order. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out and failed attempts to call the store me and my two small children walked in. I didn't want to do this, which is why I ordered curbside pick-up.
Order Accuracy- When I walked into the store I was promptly greeted by a cashier who located my order and presented the unfinished order. I had to bring up that only half of the order was there. The wings of my order were not ready yet. After some back and forth with the cashier she went into the back to ask that my wings be made. I waited another 15 minutes while they did so. Sadly I didn't notice till I had gotten home that the wing flavors were not correct. The two orders of wings were not what I ordered and tasted completely different. We did not enjoy them much.
What went well- The pizza was exactly what we expected and the family enjoyed the deal for them. I will need to consider visiting that store again and maybe a different company all together as Pizza Hut does not have many...

It has been almost over 8 years since I've been at a Pizza Hut, After tonight sadly I will never return due to poor customer service in house and over the phone. A guest should not feel like they are a problem. I really hope that you all can fix the way that you handle a guest. Very disappointed. Read moreThe WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER The online order stated w0-45 minutes for delivery which is reasonable. 2 hours later when we call to speak to a manager not only can you hear an employee yelling and saying the persons food hasn’t been delivered bc they gave him a wrong address and cussing also at the same time, which in itself was ridiculous that I could hear all of that regarding someone else’s order and the manager/driver regarding the matter. My order was hours late as well. I got attitude from the little phone representative and then attitude from the ,manager after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes just for her to be the rudest person I have even encountered and then to tell me that it will be ANOTHER 3 HOURS BEFORE our PIZZA IS DELIVERED and we only live less then 5 minutes away.
