Visited Bojangles on September 8th at 7:00 PM, and the experience was terrible from the start. My friend and I ordered at the drive-thru, but the woman on the microphone kept telling us they were out of almost everything we wanted, including fries, ranch, and even some sodas. We decided to make do and pulled up to the window. Only one meal out of the two was ready, and they told us we’d have to wait for the second (a chicken biscuit and Bo'Rounds). Fine, we thought, but they didn’t give us any straws, a receipt, or sauce. After waiting 30 minutes, we circled back around, only to find out the staff at the window didn’t even know we were waiting for our food! Then they told us they were out of Bo'Rounds. I asked if I could just get another chicken biscuit instead, and the employees seemed to agree until the manager stepped in. He was stern, rude, and argued back and forth with us, refusing to give a simple replacement. Instead, he said he could refund us, but by then, we had already waited over 35 minutes. In the end, we got a refund of a couple dollars, the sandwich, and a terrible attitude from the manager. The female employees were kind, but the manager was shockingly disrespectful and clearly had no interest in treating customers right. He even mentioned he’d "talk to his employees" for forgetting about us, but how can they do better when he himself sets such a poor example? Waiting 35 minutes in a drive-thru for subpar service is ridiculous. I don’t expect perfection from fast food, but basic courtesy and customer service aren’t too much to ask for. This manager should reconsider how he handles customer interactions. Truly...
Read moreVery disappointed over finding out that the SOUTHERN style recipe has been discontinued. Its really sad to see it go for the reason there are so many people like me and my son both that are unable to eat anything spicy due to health reasons. I think its a shame that now that the southern recipe has been taken away there will be lots of customers that will no longer be able to eat at Bojangles. Its already a disappointment that our local Bojangles restaurant is NOT a favorite of ours at all. There is so many complaints concerning this local franchise. I have along with so many locals have called to complain about things in our location. Some of the issues are the rudeness of some of the management and staff, the food preparations ( very sloppy ), the order mistakes in orders and then when the owners of the franchise are called they offer you a discount card via mail but its only good for their location. Well who wants a coupon for the location you keep having issues at. When you try to speck to a manager within the restaurant or a staff member they treat you disrespectfully or get angry so you are afraid they will do something awful to your food while they are correcting THEIR mistake. The management yells or reprimands the staff in front of customers and sometimes is VERY loud when doing so. I feel the local franchise is a very BIG disappointment and gives Bojangles a bad name. I really think it needs some BIG changes and...
Read moreMy mom and I visited Bojangles near I-95 in Hope Mills NC on 5/13/24. It was 12:14 pm. Our cashier was Shronda. I was ordering and helping my 80 yo mom order. Shronda was tapping her nails impatiently and making rude remarks about how and what we were ordering. After getting to a table we found mom’s coffee was cold and she had to get a replacement. Then we noticed no cream or sugar had been given like we originally requested. Mom’s Bo dogs were just ok. My Bo dogs were cold and the chicken so hard I had trouble eating them. The bread was also hard. It was obvious the Bo dogs had been sitting around too long in a tray. When mom finished her coffee she found black stuff stuck in the bottom of her cup which looked dirty. Her replacement coffee had the same dirty bottom. We sat inside after ordering. We were ashamed by the way we were treated and ashamed thinking about all the travelers off I-95 stopping at this location. We hated the travelers were exposed to this girl at the front counter. Bojangles is a NC based company. And this is a very bad experience travelers are taking home with them. Maybe Shronda could work in the back where she’s not exposed to the public. My mom loves Bojangles but we usually go to the Raeford road location in Fayetteville. We won’t be returning to the Hope Mills location on Corporation Drive! Horrible experience. And a...
