1/9/24 Update: Contacted Customer Service on 1/5/24. Was told the store owner would be contacted. Took my name and number. Still no call from the owner. Horrible customer service. 1/22/24 Update: Absolutely no phone call from the owner of this store. Don't waste your money here. Can't get orders right. Can't read tickets. One mashed potato with coleslaw, one with double fries. See picture. Absolute disgusting behavior from the people I spoke to. No help. Only "sorry about that". If you're the manager on staff, and you don't have access to the store owners number/name, how are you management? I want a full refund for the entire ticket and an apology...

I went thru the drive-thru and headed out of town, so I wasn't going to turn around on I-30 just to take some food back. I called and informed the manager, she told me that she doesn't believe me. I contacted the district manager and he never gotten back in touch with me. The food was the issue. The gravy was cold, and I mean had been cold for a while. Maybe they didnāt use hot water to mix the gravy mix? I donāt know. Or it wasnāt prepped in time for open to allow it to get hot but it was cold. The tenders were a little on the colder side as well. There was also green looking stuff on the bottom of the rolls. At first I thought mold, but could have been a residue from the pan it was cooked on but kinda made me weary...
