Wow! Smh!! I used the drive-thru. It was a Saturday mid- morning order. My order was given at 9:45am. The person who took my order and money was the ONLY good thing about this experience. He was professional and friendly! When I pulled up to the 2nd window, I was told they were still making my food. They said to pull into drive thru space 1. This is on the other side of the building. This meant that when I got my order, I had to drive all around building to leave. There are spaces on the same side of the drive thru, but McD app orders are by the window. If they put them back on the money side window, we could fit there. Anyone who has gone here knows that there are only 2 ways to get in and out of there. One of the ways is right turn only. The other is forcing you to sit at a light at five points forever. It's not convenient at all. Next, I waited 18 minutes for them to bring food out to me. It only takes me 10 minutes to drive there. It took me 5 minutes to place the order, which is 23 minutes from getting there and getting food. Ridiculous! Then, they made the wrong sandwiches! I asked for 3 sausage muffins. They brought out sausage biscuits! When I pointed out I didn't get the right food, the employee apologized and offered to get the right food. I started to hand her my food when I asked how much longer it would take. (She was pleasant, and none of this was her fault) She said, "Not sure as we are really far behind." I said, "Never mind and left. Add this conversation to the 23 minutes already invested, and now we are up to 27 minutes! The reason I went there was because I was really craving sausage muffins. If I wanted sausage biscuits, I live less than 5 minutes from Wendy's. And Wendy's biscuits taste a lot better!! The whole experience had left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended. Finally, the cost of the food has nearly doubled since 2020. The portion sizes are quite a bit smaller. The value of the meals...
Read moreTonight was honestly the worst experience I've had at this location; which is notorious anyway for messing up your order somehow. I ordered curbside from the app. They brought our food out, but they forgot to give us our fries from our order - so I called and they said they would bring them right out. They didn't come. I waited 6min before calling (and calling again and again), and they refused to answer the phone this time. Then I waited another 3min and finally yelled across the parking lot (from my curbside spot) to the girl in the drive-thru pickup window (as she handed a bag of food to the 4th car that had been sent along their way while we waited), and asked when we were going to get our fries - because we had been waiting for 9min extra already at that point. Instead of answering she slammed the window shut with a snarky comment and a dirty look. So I got out of my car and stood next to the car that had just pulled up and was receiving their food and repeated my question - to which I got the response with attitude "we're waiting on fries". I said, "I can appreciate that, but fries take 2 minutes not 9!" To which she slammed the window in my face again. Then when I asked for a manager (who never came) so I could issue a complaint, I got 3 workers who came to the door to give me my fries finally and ask what the problem was. I asked for the girl's name and was refused. Eventually Grace informed me I could issue the complaint in her name instead if I'd like, but that the girl in the window was a minor so they couldn't give her name out but they would deal with it. I said I don't typically request or recommend someone get fired, but if she can't be nice to customers and remain attitude free from the window (especially after a mistake has already been made!), then she shouldn't be there... not that saying something will change the attitudes there, but maybe they will care if their score...
Read moreNot good. I've been here several times and they mess up my order all of the time. I have food sensitivities, so this is a pretty serious issue. If you order Frappes, they are always 3/4 of the way full or less, never all the way. Never had a McDonald's not fill my cup all of the way befire, but this establishment does it every time. Also, there are two drive thru lanes, but you may be sitting in one lane while five or more cars go through the other lane before they even take your order. I've had this happen twice. I was the only car at the drive thru waiting to order. As I sat there, literally five cars pulled up and went through the other lane! I was ready to just order at the pay window when finally someone took my order. I was waiting for about 10 minutes for absolutely no reason. Completely unacceptable. I could have understood if this was a one time incident, but it happened again a few weeks later. This establishment needs...
