My family and I visited the restaurant at 11:10 a.m. local time. Our family was in the area for a regularly scheduled appointment to their pediatrician. We googled nearby restaurants and sorted thru the choices. Davo's was my first choice, but our oldest boy wanted Mexican. So Las Fuentes it was! The problems however began almost immediately. We were seated, a party of 2 adults and 4 children ages ranging from 6 to 12 years old, in the rear dining area at a long table with high back chairs. While walking to our table I noted that there were only 2 other patrons in the whole restaurant, both seated together at a quiet booth also in the back. Upon being seated and asking our drink orders the waitress kindly brought us chips and salsa baskets per customary in most Mexican restaurants. I assumed the waitress had forgotten to leave napkins so my wife got her attention and she willingly provided us with some, more specifically, she gave us 6 total. So as my wife passed the provided napkins out, which were very thin and inexpensive, my son immediately got the waitresses attention and asked for more. (He's 12). She provided him with guess what...6 more napkins of the same quality ! My wife was infuriated and by the time she had wiped the salsa from the 6 year old's face she had used all 6 of those ! We asked again for napkins and this time got about 10. My wife was not happy already by this point. The drink orders were brought and the kids wanted more chips and salsa. After a approximately 10 minutes the waitress kindly brought the requested chips. We were not offered straws so asked for those as well, which she retrieved promptly. Again we asked for more napkins, which we got right away but only about 10 more. Upon giving us the chips and napkins this time the waitress asked if we were ready to order. Finally, yes we were ready! Our 6 yo girl got her usual restaurant order of chicken nuggets and fries. My wife, our oldest girl (8 yo), and eldest son (12 yo), all ordered chips, white cheese and chicken (our hometown mexican restaurant, el braceros, calls this nachos el robo ) . The. 12 yo ordered a whole order, while my wife and 8 yo daughter got 1/2 orders. My 9 yo boy ordered the 16 oz ribeye. He's like me, he loves some steak! ( Which honestly was my defense for agreeing to go-to Las Fuentes when the 12 yo wanted Mexican- they served steak too). We were informed that they didn't have the steak, so we attempted to order the other steak listed on the online menu. Again we were informed that they don't have ANY steak now. š± After some coaxing I ordered him some beef strips used in all the other beef dishes. I myself ,now steak less as well, opted for the burrito grande. The waitress gathered the grey and white paper pamphlet style menus and we were left with our drinks and chips with 2 napkins left. After another 20 minutes, ( no exaggerating, I watched 2 youtube tech review videos , each of which were 10 min long! ), Our food began arriving one order at a time by a waiter we had yet to see until now, not our waitress. The chicken nuggets came first, at which time we immediately asked for ranch sauce. The waiter looked like he didn't understand what we were asking him and gave us an index finger up which I interpreted as "just a sec". He exited quickly. Upon his return he was carrying my son's beef strips and as he placed them he said in broken english" No have ranch". He then exited again. This time on his return with my burrito our waitress was following carrying the Nacho orders for the remainder of our family She said we don't have ranch right now. We sometimes have it but are out.(Out of ranch?!) My 6 yo was devastated and began to pout and whimper!Momma was really furious now and on the verge of a confrontation with the waitress. I deescalated the situation quickly by telling the waitress thank you, and that will be all for now. Which she quickly retreated from graciously saying something to the effect of " I'll let the manager know". My food was great, no one else's was. Cost $90...

My daughters food was forgotten and she didn't get it until everyone else was finished with there food. Then my grandson was eating his food and found a ROACH! And I spoke to 3 different people. Then I was able to speak to the owner she never said I'm sorry. I told her we shouldn't be made to pay for his food or my daughter's she was not able to eat her's after the ROACH. The owner took my grandson's off. But I was so disappointed in how the owner handled it. I get it I'm sure roaches is in alot of restaurants.
