Subway — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

Omg close this store down ASAP!! I ordered a steak and cheese sub, with Doritos and a sprite no ice. Instead I got extra onions,and it was not appetizing at all! The sprite (fountain soda) had no sprite, it was all carbonated water. I called to speak to a manager but there was no manager there, just a teenager who was a “night lead”. (I knew she was young by her voice) Being a parent I decided to not get upset, so I called. She had made the order, and she said she didn’t think she put any on there , but her apologies. I also told her about the sprite being flat. She advised me that the only way they could correct it would be if I drove back to get it replaced. I commute 2 hrs each day, each way, so this wasn’t an option. I asked if I could just get a replacement tomorrow on my way home and was told no, that even though they were in error, it was their policy to not correct items unless you came back right then and brought back the sandwich, and then they still would not replace it if it were bit off of! Absolutely horrible customer treatment; is this how subway treats its valued customers?? I gotten subway last night from this exact place! Once we gotten home and gotten the food out and took the first bite. We notice something was wrong with the sandwich my mother in-law had. Once we called back they said to bring it back and they could replace it. We got there with the sandwich and started talking to the lady, and she said she can only give half back since there was a bite took off the first sandwich . So then my husband asked if he could pay for the other half and she had said yes. She came back with only half the sandwich and we sat there waiting with the half we brought and for the other half of the new sandwich. She took the old one back but didn’t give us the other half she was supposed to give us. At the end of the day they messed up on a whole foot long, only gave us half back ( which we had to pay for), and the new sandwich they made had hair wrapped around the bread, and it made my mother in law sick as a dog!!!!! so subway isn’t the best they are not worth any time…. They have the worst introduction to when you pull up to the window leaning over acting like children in the restaurant! NEVER...

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and wish to provide a zero-star rating. Despite arriving at 9:10 am, I was forced to wait for 35 minutes for the staff member to prepare for the day. She failed to apologize for the delay and only mentioned that she was opening alone and had a lot to do. When I finally placed my order, I was shocked to find that my sandwich contained only four thin slices of meat, which was unacceptable. The staff member claimed that this was in line with the owner's instructions, and I was offered the option to pay for double meat. I declined and expressed my disappointment. Furthermore, the bathrooms were out of order, the floor was dirty, and the staff member failed to wear gloves when handling my bread.
