RUDE GENERAL MANAGER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's really sad that you're spending your money that pays the employees and the staff is rude with poor Customer Service, especially the General Manager!
She does not need to be a GM with her poor attitude and for failing to provide an Exceptional Customer Service experience. I'm sure this is not the first time she has been rude.
On my last visit, my extra side of Macaroni was left out of my bag & of course I was charged for it. I didn't notice until I got home.
On this visit around 7:30 pm on 4/9/24, I ordered a 3 piece and requested two legs and a thigh. The General Manager says they do not have two legs available and she could do one leg and two thighs.
I advised that my preference would be two legs and a thigh and she said it would be a 25 minute wait. I said okay that's fine.
Then she proceeds to say I can't place an order on chicken that's in the grease and that I would have to get out of line and wait for the chicken to get done and then place my order.
It's about 5 cars behind me & she wanted me to get out of line and place my order when the chicken comes up. Why would I do that when you have all these cars behind me ordering chicken too?
This was the worst experience with KFC with this incompetent GM! She's making rules up as she go.
This is a chicken restaurant, why do they never have chicken ready and want to abstain you from waiting for what you would like? They were out of strawberry jelly. The Pepsi was horribly flat and again the GENERAL MANAGER IS RUDE!
I do not recommend KFC in Hopkinsville, KY. Poor...

I restated the entire order a 2nd time and then restated the sides for a 3rd time. No big deal as the speaker system is very bad. When I approached the drive thru window, the young man restated my ordered and I clarified that it was an 4 piece original wing meal with coleslaw and greenbeans.still no big deal. As I received my ordered I checked my food and it was not correct and handed back to the young man and again stated what I ordered. Still no problem until the manager on shift yelled at me and asked what I ordered. Again, I stated very slow and clearly that I ordered an original 4 piece wing meal, which at that point she yelled back at me not to have an attitude, which I did not acknowledged her attitude as it was apparent it was a toxic environment. Read moreI've been riding my bicycle for 6 days straight from St. Louis. This store was my final stop in Kentucky and i had an issue with my payment and wanted to get a drumstick as it looked like Kentucky itself. The tall slender white male manager with a mustache decided to refuse my request for only one drumstick so I informed him about this review. He's also getting ready to call the police on me for no reason. Im about to have a lawsuit in case he makes a false police report. He is one of the worst managers I could ever imagine to represent one of the final KFC stops in Kentucky. I highly recommend that this manager find a different job as he is literally the most greedy manager I've ever met and I will not ever recommend this location to anyone again unless he's removed. Beware of this man. He tends to seem to enjoy undermining other people's hard work for his personal gains himself.
