WB Express — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

At 12:30 PM my husband and I placed a take-out order over the phone which they took with no problem. When we arrived 10 minutes later to pick up our order, we were told they were completely out of their daily special, which is what we had ordered. Apparently no one communicated that to the person taking the order, and the one taking our order did not ask. We were even already charged for the food before we were informed that they were out of everything. Thankfully, they did refund our money. It was disappointing, because we like to support local businesses. But it seems that so many small ones pop up and do not have a good...

I’m extremely disappointed. I want to support local businesses so I called ahead and ordered their special at lunch time (12:30) they said 10 to 15 mins. I got there, paid and then was told they are out of their special and can either be refunded or wait 20 mins. This type of lack of communication and non-apologetic attitude is unacceptable. To run out of product at lunch time (the time you should have everything) and there be no communication between anyone to ensure this type of hassle doesn’t happen; needs to be addressed. I’m saddened not to get to try them for the first time and now...

Saw a picture of their loaded Polish dog and had to go way out of my way to come get one. For $7.25, it's a great deal. I'm a big eater, and it was enough to fill me up. It was delicious, and interesting, and exactly the type of thing I love seeing on menus.

It's a hole in the wall, which is always the best places. The staff was 3 lovely ladies who were friendly and helpful.
