Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Horicon

I have ordered from this specific location hundreds of times the last few years and I feel like there is always an issue. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve been incredibly polite, tipped over 50%, and been understanding when they are busy and take a while to get orders out. Today I had ordered a singular pasta for pickup. i ordered a pasta with spinach and green peppers and alfredo sauce. I tipped 500% at the window, and when I got home and opened my pasta It was only meat and noodles. I understand mistakes happen, so I called the store and they offered a remake if I came and picked it up, or store credit. I said I would come pick it up and that was that. I go to pick up my order and when i open the pasta once again, it was the smallest bread bowl i’ve ever seen in my life. it was truly comical i had to take a picture of the first screw up for comparison… I’ve been overly polite tipped nice and everything else and somehow it’s never right. as someone who’s worked food service their whole life, I would not recommend this location at all to anyone even as a last resort in this middle of...

Usually never had an issue, until I had to order on the phone as opposed to online. Ordered quite a bit of pizza for my family. $70 worth. Had delivered to my house. That was fine. But apparently because I used my husbands cell to order, they made another order and delivered it to his work (it was closed) they called and he stated they made a mistake we already had it delivered... again not an issue. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Get a call from Horicon police department with domino's manager saying I stole pizza. I'm confused but I tried to explain they must have made a mistake as it was on my card. He didn't care apparently, go take care of it. Ok fine. No problem. I investigated a bit. So when they cancelled the order they mistakenly sent to my husbands job, they cancelled my card payment. And instead of owning up and calling me personally to resolve ( I'd have been happy to do so) they called the cops and threatened me with retail theft. If you order from this Dominos, beware; order well in advance. Their delivery service is slow, slow slow slow.

After ordering, I waited for nearly an hour and a half before my pizza finally arrived, and when it did my order was wrong.

I ordered the Memphis BBQ chicken Pizza and stuffed cheesy bread with lots of garlic sauce. The food was correct, but instead of garlic sauce, what I got was a whole bunch of ranch cups. So much for dipping.

Anyhow, once I finally got the pizza and the cheese bread, it was actually pretty good. The BBQ sauce they use is sweet and tangy, the chicken chunks were there and there was a decent amount of it. The cheese bread was also nice, nicely baked and the cheese inside was good and melted.

In conclusion, if you order from this Dominos, I would definitely consider ordering takeout. But otherwise, it is a decent place to get your...
