Panda Pavilion — Restaurant in Horsham Township

Nothing redeemable about this place. We used to eat here and stopped years ago because the food was never good and their attitude was horrible. Went back because my normal spot was closed and remembered why we stopped eating her. The foods flavor has a “dirty kitchen” taste… old oil, under seasoned, over priced, crab Rangoon was nothing more than wontons hot cream cheese fried in old oil… the bourbon chicken was SWIMMING in sauce. The best item received was the white rice. They told me 30 mins then I got my foot 53 mins later. All around a bad experience and to spend $60 on 4 combo platters means this had better be great and it’s not only is it not great it’s actually disgusting! 0/10...

Horrible service. We ordered food for pickup. We got there and the food was given to someone else. So we had to wait longer. Then, we got home and there was a hair in the food. I called and they said to bring it back. I brought it back and they it was a huge argument about the hair not being in the food. The older lady open the food and started poking around and I explained that we had removed the hair. She was getting really nasty and mean. She wouldn’t make me new food or give me a refund. I just left without the food. Please don’t buy food here. Horrible customer services and I was called a liar. There was no reason to lie...

It was alright I guess but the lady was a bit rude on the phone but the food was decent except one of the dishes that my step brother had was the sesame chicken and it was literally harder then concrete and my step brother cried because of it when I took a look at the back it was messed up the bathroom door didnt even close I don’t even think there was a door and the service was horrible to the point where she yelled at us just because we asked to have more sauce on the chicken cause of how dry...
