Horrible customer service. Not even a worth 1 star. Ordered a pizza that the cheese wasn’t even melted and was cold. It came an hour and 20 mins late. Had to call to see what was going on. The dude who took the call must have not put the order in because when I asked where my order was at, he said we’ll get it ready now and have someone come out as soon as possible. 20 more mins go by and the delivery dude finally came. I had my small chihuahua at the door and he wouldn’t come near so he put the pizza on my car. Tried to get my money back, but the rude lady who answered the phone stated her delivery guys told her that they made it right away and there was traffic. Of course they’re going to lie so nothing affects their job. I would have even accepted an apology or respected the fact that you messed up. I literally live right around the corner. What type of traffic at 8pm takes you over an hour to drive 6 mins? Rude lady who took the call stated I wouldn’t be getting my money back and took the workers’ word over mine then hung up on me. First time trying this place and it’ll be the last. I know I’m only one customer so it won’t affect their business, but just a heads up that they don’t know how to operate professionally or put their customers first when they’re in the wrong. I’m sure they’ll give some “justify” reply to this review if any reply at all. Paid $30 for a pizza that wasn’t even worth $5. Choose a different pizza spot because these people and...
Read moreOrdered from the Outlaw Burger at 400 Blairmill Rd in PA (turns out it is a virtual kitchen of Main St Pizzeria & Grille) via online delivery. Paid 14 for a burger with a patty that was smaller than typically provided by a McD's dollar menu. Picture did not match burger at all. Fries also old, stale.
I never complain about restaurants, but I feel absolutely robbed by the Outlaw Burger. Pun-aside, I'm really peaved and disappointed. I initially thought that whenever I ordered from might have been a money laundering operation, as there was no way whever served me that burger was actually a legit restaurant. Was interested to find out that taking the mask off the outlaw revealed Main Street Pizzeria and Grille as the felon in question.
Do not order burgers or fries from this place, unless you want to end of broke and hangry, with the sharp pangs of injustice intermixed with gastic famine. Save your wallet and your sanity (as the fact that someone can call that a burger and charge for 14 bucks for it, has me questioning my life and the fabric of reality). May the gods have mercy on their souls. Ps, not a joke post, seriously, this experience...
Read moreI have a lot of pizza places within two square miles of me like everyone else. You exhaust one place, then you try another, we all know the story lol. Well tonight I called Main Street Pizza at 9:30 p.m.. they didnt tell me to go online and order they actually took my order and have delivery guy. Even though it was late, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a Sicilian with pepperoni and sausage and a cheese steak wrap. I wish I had pictures of the Sicilian, it was pizza art!! The sausage was real and the pieces were about a half inch, not ground up parts. It tasted as well as it looked along with the regular pepperoni and my wrap. I asked for well done and they didn't burn it, it was just right. Main Street is my new spot and If it continues to be anything like tonight I don't myself going anywhere else. I have come to the conclusion poor Past reviews have to be a past cook or other changes because my food was excellent and I'm picky. Everything's too expensive...
