Treated like a criminal today. Had what seemed like a new cashier today who didn't seem to know how to use Google Pay. He stamped my sandwich receipt paid and sent me on my way. I casually walk to get some napkins and wait for my order and eventually hear the other cashier calling out my number (apparently the other cashier didn't run the GPay through successfully). I gladly walk over to complete the transaction and the "senior" cashier is announcing that "You can't walk away until we tell you it's ok." Not a fan of being treated as if I was trying to get away with something and wasn't being cooperative when there was a mistake. I've worked down the street for 19+ years and have been a loyal customer since they built this location. Now on I'll make a left instead and head to the location in the opposite direction. Costs...
Read moreI'm a very happy Wawa customer in general. Yesterday I stopped by to get a common breakfast item, which is oatmeal. I had a bad customer service experience. It was about 10:25 a.m. and I was told that the oatmeal "Sold Out Today." In other words we're not going to make any more today. No big deal but there was still over 30 minutes to go till breakfast is over . It sounded like the management did not want to make the product for some reason. Maybe there's a cutoff that I didn't know about. Nonetheless no explanation other than we sold out we won't get it for you we won't offer you another product. Obviously better training is needed. Wawa is one of the best things that the East Coast has got going for it! The food is always fresh and the coffee is always hot.
